I am in the market for something to replace my too-small car, I happened to see what I was looking for on the lot. Parked, looked at the vehicle, it was definitely worth a closer inspection. Looked around for a sales associate and saw none.
Went inside to ask for someone, did not see anyone. Went into the repair bay, deserted. Walked around the building, nobody. Went back into the offices and called for someone, got nothing. Called their number and watched the phone ring but no one came to answer it.
Odd, I thought, and left.
That night was coming back and noticed people there so I decided I would go back. Going back did not happen for a couple of days due to work / forgetting about it / etc. Just re-read the second paragraph and you'll know what happened this time.
So, not bad service, not good service, not service... I seriously felt both times like I was breaking into the place in the middle of the night.
So yeah, if you run a business and leave it, lock the door or put a sign up or something. Can understand once, but twice is getting a bit weird. read more
