They're stunning. When I first arrived at Ella's place, I realized that I hadn't even thought about the style I was going for. The last time I got my lashes done, I was given a "cat eye" look that really did not match my eye shape. Ella took the time to figure out a good style that would suit me better, and she got right to work. She is very methodical - she knows exactly what she's doing. Her fun music and soothing voice are a nice touch when you have to lie still with your eyes closed for two hours. The pricing is also quite reasonable - just note that she prefers Zelle as a payment method. Because I have a smaller bank that doesn't use Zelle, she downloaded Venmo for me to pay her. She is so accommodating and I am excited to go back in a week or so for a fill.

I was nervous, I did a bunch of research, I was skeptical, and I had no idea what to expect. When I arrived, Ella was personable and welcoming. She offered me coffee or water. We talked about what I wanted to look like on my wedding day. I showed her some images, she made some recommendations, and then she got right to work. There's something about Ella that makes her automatically trustworthy, so I laid there and let her do her thing. She was careful, accommodating, and a damn good time. Everything went smoothly, and I feel fabulous! I can't wait to see how my lashes look on my wedding day! Thank you, Ella!

Here's my 5 favorite things about getting my lashes done by Marcus 1) I have never felt more confident about how I look without make up on. I have red hair and my eyebrows and lashes are almost non existent without boybrow or mascara on. I wear less makeup and pay more attention to my skin care now! 2) He blends all different lengths to make the lashes look as natural as possible! I don't ever look like chunks are missing. Yes I notice that they shed out over the two weeks, but that's normal and they still look good. 3) Everyone always asks me where I get them done and compliments how soft/ natural they look 4) I've never seen anyone with lash extensions that I like better than mine ‍ bold statement I know ha 5) Cheesy but I love my hour of relaxation every 2 weeks for a fill. It's my routine time to meditate and completely check out for a bit! Marcus' bed and neck pillow are super comfy. I feel like I'm on a cloud! I realized after 5 that could just keep rattling off more wonderful things haha. Definitely go see Marcus at Lash Studio 233 for a wonderful experience and service!

She does a great job and is so kind and professional. She always responds to my texts timely and try to accommodate me when her booking is really full. If you have questions or concerns she addresses them immediately. She takes her time to explain to you the different type and sizes in lashes and just what may work or not work for you. If you have a lash issue she will try to rectify it quickly. Customer service is a biggie for me and when she exceeded my expectations with that as well as doing a fantastic job on my lashes, I knew I had a permanent home. Her lash job is so clean and precise. I mean you do not know I have lashes on unless I tell you. I get complimented all the time with how natural they look, even by other lash techs who have been in the business for years tell me how wonderful of a job she does. She is also very fast, but it's not rushed at all. I love how you cannot see her glue. There is nothing more unattractive than a lash job where you can see the glue on the lashes. I even have to sometimes look closely at my lashes to see just how they're attached because even I cannot tell because there is such precision of the lash placements and on top of that they last. I am on my third week and I still have a nice amount of lashes still on. I will definitely continue to come here for my beautiful natural looking lash extensions.

My repeated stylist was Sana and unknowingly she did not like servicing me because I requested (and provided) my own extra lash extensions. I have had previous experience with other stylists who know how to style the long lengths with the shorter as well, I understand now that, that was not was they were able to do. Still no communication was given until I was put with another stylist and did not like the outcome. Very unhappy! I've had a membership for over a year and could not understand why this happened.
