They're stunning. When I first arrived at Ella's place, I realized that I hadn't even thought about the style I was going for. The last time I got my lashes done, I was given a "cat eye" look that really did not match my eye shape. Ella took the time to figure out a good style that would suit me better, and she got right to work. She is very methodical - she knows exactly what she's doing. Her fun music and soothing voice are a nice touch when you have to lie still with your eyes closed for two hours. The pricing is also quite reasonable - just note that she prefers Zelle as a payment method. Because I have a smaller bank that doesn't use Zelle, she downloaded Venmo for me to pay her. She is so accommodating and I am excited to go back in a week or so for a fill.

If you have questions or concerns she addresses them immediately. She takes her time to explain to you the different type and sizes in lashes and just what may work or not work for you. If you have a lash issue she will try to rectify it quickly. Customer service is a biggie for me and when she exceeded my expectations with that as well as doing a fantastic job on my lashes, I knew I had a permanent home. Her lash job is so clean and precise. I mean you do not know I have lashes on unless I tell you. I get complimented all the time with how natural they look, even by other lash techs who have been in the business for years tell me how wonderful of a job she does. She is also very fast, but it's not rushed at all. I love how you cannot see her glue. There is nothing more unattractive than a lash job where you can see the glue on the lashes. I even have to sometimes look closely at my lashes to see just how they're attached because even I cannot tell because there is such precision of the lash placements and on top of that they last.
