I was close with my last stylist and she taught me a lot about services I received and to be clear about my requests:) 3 hours, over $200, and I ended with a poor quality partial, and 3" off my length. I was clear but kind stating I did not get what I asked for and I was told to call the following day to get scheduled for a correction aka more blonde around the face - face framing highlights. I did and I was given a date a month out. When I said that was unacceptable I was told the stylist was very busy. I said I too was very busy. I was specific with my requested service which I paid for, and spent a lot of time in the salon to get, and I did not get it.
