All of my nails have damage to them. Its been about 3 weeks now since I got them done and I only had them on for a week because my nails kept hurting. When I removed them, my natural nail looks horrible. She was very quick with the process too. No taking her time for quality of the nails. The acrylic nails started looking bad the 3rd day I had them. They were also way too thick, which probably is the reason why my real nails hurt when they were on. I guess it's hit or miss with the customers and who is going to have a great experience. Everyone should have a great experience that walks through that door. I even tipped $20, which was unnecessary. They lost a good paying customer. I will not be returning.

This was July 2023z Recently I scheduled an appointment to come in last Wednesday, because I assumed the experience would probably be the same. It was the furthest thing from that. I saw Liz to get my nails fixed from the last salon that did them. For context, I had them done Saturday. The gel had started coming off two nails a day after I had them done before I had even gone back to work, I painted the spots over myself to make it look less obvious. Liz kept saying how it's obviously my job that ruined them and I need to be more careful, yet in the same breath kept saying how they were "not that bad". Convinced me to get gel by saying that if I can't "take care" of gel polish, regular polish will come off faster. I know this was probably a tactic to get me to spend the extra $10, and it worked. I had asked if she could add glitter to the black, and she treated me like I was stupid. Saying that it's a "tiktok thing" that only works under certain lighting (I had actually saw this on display at the last salon I had been to, don't follow nail tiktoks) then she yelled at the lady across the room to ask her to "explain to me why it can't be done"... like I didn't hear her just tell me why a second ago. While doing my nails she acted like she didn't want me there, talked to me like a child and gossiped to the other manicurists around her. Ended up lightly hitting my nail against the table, then told me that I messed it up when I was sitting perfectly still.. this was all bad enough but the whole reason I decided to write all this was the last thing she said before I left. In the midst of finishing up my nails, she was complaining to the client in the seat next to me about how "no one wants to get designs anymore, everyone just wants neutrals, white, or black... it's boring." While I was sitting in her chair getting black nails. I was actually considering adding gems to them. Until I heard that. God only knows what she was saying in her native language because she was saying all of this in English right in front of my face. I felt like most of this was probably because I didn't buy a set there, just wanted a polish change. Whatever the reason, that's no way to treat a paying customer. I always tip very good but with her attitude problem, I decided to tip nothing. Silver lining is that my nails did turn out looking good but I felt unwelcome even coming here.

I had a 4:15 appointment today but my feet were not started until 4:40-4:45. I was patient but left feeling frustrated when the owner charged me full price knowing that I sat there for 40 minutes waiting even though I had an appointment. They're busy but may lose customers like myself if they don't take care of customers in a more timely manner.
