BEWARE OF UNDISCLOSED FEES!…read more The jet ski experience was just fine - 2 jet skis for an hour. They were in good shape, staff onsite were very nice, etc. The problem was we were quoted right at $100 ($99 and some change) for one hour for each. When we got ready to leave, the lowest option for a tip (if paying with a credit card) was 15%. We checked that one (so $30), but today, got our credit card statement, and we were charged $294.94! When I called today, the girl who answered unapologetically told us "Well, there are additional fees AND fuel charges." We absolutely were not told this at any juncture - when we made the reservation, provided our credit card #, before departure, or when checking the 15% tip box. TIPS (pun intended): Ask them to confirm the entire amount before giving them your credit card information, and, bring cash for a tip if you are not inclined to tip 15% on $125'ish per hour jet skis.

Overall, we had a great experience with Top Tier Parasailing. River and Chase were…read moreexcellent--friendly, professional, and made the entire trip fun while keeping everyone safe. The parasailing itself was smooth, and the views over Orange Beach were incredible. The only downside was the value. The actual time in the air felt pretty short for the price, and all phones, cameras, and other photography items are locked up before the flight. That means the only way to get photos is to purchase their photo package, which we thought was very expensive. Even with that, River and Chase's great attitudes and excellent service made it a memorable experience, and we'd still recommend them if you're looking to parasail in Orange Beach.

The pontoon broke down not once, but TWICE. The first time we spent 2.5 hours getting repaired and a new boat. Then the next pontoon was even slower then the first broken one. The second boat could not even break 3 rpm. Spent the majority of time fixing the boat. We asked to captain to turn around and requested a refund. The manager lady was super rude, has ZERO customer service experience, and only offered $150 refund. We spent maybe an hour on the boat without an issue. I requested to speak to the owner and was informed that they would not talk to me. They are scamming people at this location. Check their yelp reviews, this business is garbage.
