Overall, we had a great experience with Top Tier Parasailing. River and Chase were excellent--friendly, professional, and made the entire trip fun while keeping everyone safe. The parasailing itself was smooth, and the views over Orange Beach were incredible. The only downside was the value. The actual time in the air felt pretty short for the price, and all phones, cameras, and other photography items are locked up before the flight. That means the only way to get photos is to purchase their photo package, which we thought was very expensive. Even with that, River and Chase's great attitudes and excellent service made it a memorable experience, and we'd still recommend them if you're looking to parasail in Orange Beach. read more

Rented a pontoon boat this week. Very nice 19 foot boat. The staff was very helpful and process went smoothly. Best price

Customer service was fine overall but what they don't tell you is that the no wake zone lasts for 25 minutes when driving out and back in. So if you get 2 hours you will spend 50 mins of your time at idle speeds in a no wake zone. Overages are $2 a min. We rented 3 jet skis and 1 overheated on the way back in(might have just been luck but it added to the frustration). I would do your research and find a marina closer to the open area where you can enjoy your time using the jet skis you paid good money for. I recommend Happy Marina gives a set grace time on the front end and back end of the service of at least 20 mins for lengthy travel of the no wake zone so customers can enjoy what they paid for. read more

Top Tier Parasailing with Hunter and Joseph: I had a wonderful experience doing the parasailing with my grandson. It was the biggest thrill for him and me. I, as a ninety year old woman found it to be exhilarating. They were very helpful and cautious Even with my limited mobility, I was able to do this and enjoy myself tremendously. My 15 years old grandson can't stop talking about it! read more

Staff was really nice and understanding! had a blast using their jet ski. Also made the rules very clear and gave lots of helpful tips.

Easy booking. A tad on the more expensive side but based on reviews I felt the safest operator. Staff helpful and did not require a PWC license for my 18 year old son. Full 2 hrs was enough time for us. read more

We used Top Tier Parasailing, it was great! We had Gio and Hunter and they were wonderful. You don't stay in the air very long for the price so I think that is one thing I would for sure change but the experience was great! Thanks for a wonderful experience! read more

Me and my wife did the sunset dolphin tour. We both really enjoyed it. Saw plenty of dolphins the weather was perfect.

Happy Harbors boat rental was fast & easy. We had no appointment, we just showed up early & we were able to rent a boat of our choosing. The people there were pretty friendly & knowledgeable. They gave us great tips and suggestions on where we should go. Boat was clean, no issues at all. Price was reasonable, much cheaper than Destin. read more

Pontoon boats are old and beat up. The floor was peeling up everywhere on the deck. The overhead water barrel for the slide leaked all day, rendering most of our seating wet and unsuitable for placing our towels, etc. Climbing on and off the boat using the ladder left our legs and clothes covered in black grease. I had to bathe my kids in Dawn like an oil spill bird. In addition, the girl working the front counter was extremely rude. I wouldn't have written a review based on that alone but after seeing the condition of the boat, I decided to go ahead and write the review. We still had a good time hanging with friends and family, but I think you can rent a nicer, cleaner boat for $500 elsewhere. read more

Great equipment and price for the fun received. Staff was great and our jet ski rental was better than expected as they have additional ride time to compensate for the troll out of the no wake zones. read more

Hey, Happy Harbor, you stole my heart! Yelpers, if you are near Orange Beach, AL, and you want to hang out at a chill bar and have a drink with the bar owner, who, by the way, is the biggest sweetheart ever, you *have* to stop at Happy Harbor (be careful because there are multiple locations--check the address!). I was introduced to Happy Harbor and owner Henry thanks to my band having a gig there. We drove three cars to bring all our gear and when we were about halfway there, I got a phone call from our guitarist/vocalist J saying that there was a miscommunication and the people at the bar were expecting us at 7. We had thought that we were to go on at 9, which even that was a stretch for us because most of us were at work till 4-5. Apparently our contract did state that we would begin at 9 but because of a noise ordinance in the area, we would have had to stop playing at 10 p.m., which left us with a mere hour of playing time. We were worried about the folks at the bar being upset that we weren't going to be there till 8:30-9 and tried to get there as quickly as possible. When we arrived (trombonist, trumpeter, and me), our drummer and bassist were already there. On top of the start time confusion, our guitarist/singer had a tire blowout on his way, and he was still on his way. I was really antsy, feeling bad that we were going to start two hours later than people expected, regardless of what the contract said. This is when I met Henry, who was so wonderful to us from the second I met him until we took off to head to Pensacola. I was worrying about us being late, but one of the first things I remember hearing from either Henry or the staff was whether we were hungry. Then J finally got there and we set up very quickly so that we could play as much as possible. Unfortunately we soon had to stop playing, but we decided with Henry that we would come back and play in the afternoon the next day. Henry even offered people free beer to come back and listen to us play. So we got off the stage and hung out at the bar for the rest of the night. I was having such a good time that I had a few too many drinks (a little too much Jameson and Bushwacker than my 5'1" body could handle...) and suffered from a hangover the following day, but hey, it was worth it. The afternoon show the next day went really well and everyone was just great. The crowd was awesome, the staff, and of course, Henry. It's a real shame that this place is so far away because I wish I could be there more often. I am looking forward to my next visit and maybe next time I'll try their pizza! read more

While on a mission for lottery tickets (my self-employment retirement plan) We found Happy Harbor Restaurant right across from the Flora-Bama. And had a delightful lunch. I had gumbo and a combo shrimp/crawfish po-boy. Both were solid good choices. The staff was in and out...like all of them would disappear for 5 minutes or so, then suddenly all of them would be back, kinda odd. read more

Skip it if you have a choice! One of the worst restaurant experiences I've had in a very long time. The bartender brought us a perfectly made piña colada but after the shift change the next lady made us two more that we're disgusting so we asked if we could have what was brought before and the bartender threw a fit and said she knew she made them right and wouldn't remake them. The service was atrocious! We were only one of 4 tables and yet our drinks stayed empty or food came late and wrong and when we tried to ask for anything (ketchup, mustard, etc) we would have to ask 5 times before the item would come if it came at all. One plate of food came 45 mins late until we finally just said to forget it and decided to leave and eat somewhere else. I would NEVER come back or ever suggest this place!!! read more

We rented a pontoon boat & to say these boats are well used is an understatement!! It ran great but really needs attention to cleaning between users & for over $300 ! No Radio or way to play music on boat & no charger for phones! Rented at flora bama water sport & boats much newer & nicer for same price read more

We had such a great time renting jet skis here! Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and upbeat. They were also super patient with us explaining the rules of the water. We will definitely be back next summer! read more

We had the absolute best time! We did the guided jet ski rental and Taylor was our guide. We were lucky enough to see dolphins which was fantastic, but we would of had a blast even if we didn't. Highly recommend doing this trip! Everyone was nice and helpful. We will come back and do it again! read more

Had horrible customer service here! First the only reason we were here is because "paddled by you" is closed on Sunday. I called ahead about renting paddle boards and asked if we needed reservations and was told no. When we got there they only had 2 available. I told her that I had just called and she said "yeah, but you didn't tell me you had 4 people" very rudely and didn't apologize. We ended up renting 2 paddle boards and 2 kayaks. I asked if there were any instructions for paddle boarding and he just said start on your knees and walked away. We also asked about kayaks with backs and the girls inside just said "you'll have to ask the guy" and when asked where the guy was she said "well there is no one in here but me" she never offered to find him and we couldn't find him so we didn't get backs on the kayaks. I also asked if they had coolers to rent and was told no but we have those for sale. ( small "scout" brand coolers that cost about $50. No thanks!) Luckily I am also familiar with the area because we were given absolutely no directions or information about the area! I definitely won't recommend this place to anyone!! read more

We rented a pontoon boat with a slide. Granted we were an hour late, but we were more than happy to pay the late fee in accordance with our contract. The guy was very rude and complained that he "had to cancel another rental" because we were late. However that was a lie. There were 5 other boats just like ours just waiting to be rented. Apparently he was just too lazy to gas them up for the other customers. The girls in the office were nice though. Next time we'll rent from the FloraBama. read more

Not impressed with the staff. Were rude and unprofessional. We used Hudson Marina and Watersports and had a much better experience with nicer rental boats. If you do business with this company be cautious. read more

Atmosphere on the patio is nice. The food is just ok. The shrimp were good. The raw oysters were good. The island burger was recommended by the waiter & was bland. Nothing blew us away & made us want to come back. We will not seek a return trip. read more

went tonightfor my birthday dinner. Believe me this is not dining they serve it as fast food. we got our salad less than 30 seconds later our entre. I asked for lemontwist 4 times for my drink. Food ok not memorable. Felt rushed and was very upset table not cleared of dirty dishes between courses. Our empty oyster shells never removed. very unhappy. View beautiful, food fair, service mediocre and too fast. I was very dissappointed. read more

Lady was not happy to see us after a dolphine cruise at happy harbor. It was 8:30 And they close at 9. But with 2 kids and a pregnant lady we were ready eat!!! Once inside she was friendly but either way you could tell she had had a long day and wanted to leave. Believe it or not the pizza was really good. Super cheesy. Bread sticks and wings were really yummy as well. Someone else I our group had salad and sandwich and was also pleased. There was an excellent band down stairs if we didn't have kids I would have happily stayed and danced...even though I might have been about the only one dancing due to the small crowds. read more

Do not rent a wave runner here. It takes 20 minutes of idle speed riding to get to the open waters and 20minutes at idle speed to return. This only leaves you20minutes of riding time for $110.00. Not worth it. Don 't waste your money here. The people are very friendly and it is easy to rent. But DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. read more

Stopped in here for lunch, and there is definitely heavier emphasis on "& Bar." But they do serve food, and their pizza was pretty decent. Staff was very friendly. This is a good place to eat if you are nearby, but would not consider it a destination. I did notice, as far as the pizza goes, they do offer carryout and delivery. By the looks of the set up, it is probably a lot more lively at night. read more

Our group stopped in here for a drink after parasailing. The bartender, Danny, was great! Very friendly, didn't treat us like parasite tourists. We felt right at home. As far as food goes, we only had garlic cheese sticks, and that's hard to screw up; so I'm not the right person to ask. But we enjoyed ourselves for the 2 hours we spent there. read more

Parasailing was awesome. Very safe and a friendly crew. The ride ran a little short- about 5-7 minutes when 10 was promised. But definitely worth the money to see the ocean from the sky, we were able to see a sea turtle! read more

Hey, this place got new management I hear. Now just needs new customers. The 8 or 9 regulars at the place are jerks. They are rude to what they snarl & call snowbirds. Customers there think they own & run the place. Heck they wouldnt even let us play in their Texas Holden game. The illegal gambling Texas Holden game that is. They were playing for $5 and $10 per game which last time I checked was illegal to gamble in Alabama?! Hmmmm, interesting! The bartenders at the place are on the phone texting more than they are making drinks. Heard the place is for sale so maybe someone will buy it! Right now the food & service is horrible!! read more

First time there today. Establishment was clean, nice and cool on a hot day, and the beer? In a tub of ICE. It was COLD. Nicole, the bartender was both efficient and friendly. She joked and talked with everyone as she went about her duties. I got the Yacht Pizza. It was superb. I'll go back. read more

Horrible service. First thing our hostess/waitress does is drop our menus on the floor and hand them to us. Next, We waited nearly an hour for our food, which would be understandable if it was good or the place was busy-neither of which were the case. Stay clear of the cajun pasta, it's really just a bottle of Louisiana sauce. The only good thing our waitress did do was take that part of that dish off our tab. read more

Went there for lunch. They have a great view of the lake/harbor. Nice outdoor atmosphere for a lazy lunch.

We were in dire need of some food and my daughter had to go "potty" SO... We ended up there. To keep it short, everthing was alright. Not bad, not special, just alright and suited us fine for lunch. read more
