I booked a three person parasailing trip for my brother's birthday. The guys really made it memorable. We were able to all go up in the parasailing together and saw many marine life and enjoyed it a lot. The experience was amazing for the price, safety was important and the team lived up to that, the crew was friendly. We'd gone parasailing before, but this experience was so much better than previous experiences. I appreciated being able to pre-purchase the photo package and pre-pay the tip. Looking forward to my next parasailing adventure with Orange Beach Parasail!! read more

Captain Chip and Kyler did an amazing job of taking out our 3 kids...they gave clear instructions on how to have a successful flight as well as ensure the safety and fun for the passengers. We had a great time and would use them again for parasailing. read more

First used OBP about nine years ago and it was great. Used it last week and it was a very different experience. The captain ("River") was surly and when asked simple questions, couldn't seem to give a straight answer and instead gave a smart ass answer regardless of the question. The deckhand ("Tom") was friendly and that helped a little. However, the photos we got were all pretty horrible and not a single one could be printed or used. They are all washed out and grey. Parasailing is always fun but the experience was dragged down by the captain's attitude and the quality of the photos in the media package. Next time we'll use a different company, unfortunately. read more

Amazing family excursion! Captain Chip and Max made us feel safe from the moment they meet us on the dock and helped to make core memories for our family. Many places to go to parasail but only the best will do for us, which is why we went with Orange Beach Parasail!!! Thank you! read more

So we decided to take our kids to parasail since they've been begging to go. My wife and I had been before and loved it, so we knew the kids would too. We booked with no problems. For the 4 of us (including a 15% tip which I paid before the trip (mistake)) the price was approximately $360. Prior to getting on the boat, the Captain was griping at someone on his cell phone. That kind of set the stage for the trip. The captain and deck hand must have been disgruntled because they were not friendly at all. They barely spoke and when they did it was barking out the orders. Not a pleasant or personal experience which should be expected for the price we paid. When they did talk, which was to each other, it was complaining about the employer which I thought was extremely unprofessional and tacky. As for length of the flight, each group went approximately 7.5 minutes (I timed it with my watch). UPDATE: The owners called me personally and apologized profusely for the trip. They wanted to make sure they could rectify our experience. They acknowledged that there was an issue that day and that the issue has been resolved. That is top notch customer service. Owners showed that they care about your experience and value your opinion. read more

Myself, my two 14 year old boys and two of their buddies went parasailing today. We arrived 30 minutes early and check in was relatively simple as we had reserved and paid online. We waited about 20 minutes and got on the boat. The boat was very nice and clean. The captain was friendly and made us feel welcome. The first mate / helper wasn't overly friendly but she wasn't rude at all. She took 200+ photos of our group so hats off to her there. Another group was on the boat with us and they had a little girl who was scared to go...the captain made her feel welcome and encouraged her to go (she did and had a good time). Was a good experience and I would recommend them. read more

such an amazing time! the captains of the boat were funny and made it a great experience! it was beyond peaceful and just a great vibe. would recommend this to anyone! read more

Don't bother shopping around, go here, this place delivers the ultimate experience! From our call for a reservation, spoke with Karen, who took great care of my daughter and I, to the Captain (Chip) and First Mate (Will), they were both super safe and just made the experience so much fun. I am not a big reviewer, but with this experience I felt you needed to know. Go there, make amazing memories!! read more

Chip and Will did a great job at making this a fun and safe experience!! Thank you, we will definitely be coming back!

Chip and our deckhand were great!! Checkin was quick and easy and we got right on the boat and went. Our 3 10 yr old girls loved it. They captain made it fun! Highly recommend. read more

This was such a fun experience! We went first thing in the morning and had the boat to ourselves which made for a special excursion! Cpt. Cody and Deckhand Shea (sp?) were great! For a rookie like me, I felt comfortable, was informed on what to do, and was able to enjoy my trip better knowing we were in great hands. I forgot to get the name of the lady who takes the reservations and sets everyone up for their trips, but she is an absolute delight! Parasailing is an investment but worth it! If you add on the picture package it's $35 but they take a ton of pics and give you the entire camera cartridge to print/share your pics. Seeing the ocean from a whole new perspective was awesome!! I can't wait to go again next year! MUST DO!! read more

It was my daughters and my first parasailing trip. Karen was very helpful and kind when we called to make the reservation. The driver and deckhand were great. We felt very at ease and that made our experience pleasurable. read more

Went parasailing super nice and helpful guys would recommend 10/10 if you're thinking about going definitely go with these guys

Went up for my 40th birthday, thinking Id cross something off the old bucket list. Arrived 15 minutes early like they suggested, but the boat was running an hour behind so I had to wait. The ride itself was very relaxing and beautiful, and the captain and deckhand did seem to know what they were doing. My ride was 13 minutes long - i timed it - perhaps because i was referred by another parasail place (their boat was out of commission). Im pretty sure the site said we were guaranteed 15 minutes. But that was probably because like i said i was a referral. I thought the price was very reasonable at $45, and since it was my bday they gave me a FREE tshirt! Which was very nice of them. Overall a good experience. Id refer someone here. A solid 4 stars. read more

Fun experience and the crew was great. Very pricey for the 10 minute flight you get. Seems like all of these parasail companies are owned by the same company, same person answered when we called two different places. We were not able to use the coupons in either of the coupon books at either place we called because "$69.99 is the special we are running right now, it's usually $80." It didn't mention that anywhere on their websites. read more

My family and I were vacationing in Gulf Shores and wanted something fun to do at the last minute. We were able to get booked very quickly and easily over the phone. Upon arrival, check in was super smooth and within a few minutes we were on the boat headed out. The directions he gave were easy to follow and we had a great time on the water. We did get the photo package so anxious to see those. They also allowed us to take our cell phones up so we could take our own video or pictures. Had a blast and would definitely recommend this crew. If we're back this way, we'll use them again. read more

First, Karen was phenomenal at scheduling. We added some folks at the last second and she was very helpful. We had 6 flyers and 3 riders on the boat. Price and Cody were super. My grandson had a cast on his leg and we were really worried about how that would work. Everyone was great and my grandson had the time of his life. read more

My husband called and booked a parasailing adventure before I had time to think about it and say no. This was our first time to parasail and we loved it! Our trip was at 11:00 am and it was a beautiful morning. We loved Capt. Anthony and Blake. Anthony is a very experienced captain and explained everything that was going to go on. (I was a little nervous) He made it a very enjoyable experience. I would definitely do it again. I did get the picture package since it was our first time. A disk with over 200 pictures on it. read more

Great ride. Awesome team. We felt the rides seemed very short and so we timed one. 7 minutes and 30 seconds. They promise 10-12. We enjoyed our time a lot but if you're paying money- you should get what is promised. I will be talking to the owner- not because I want anything other than for them to give what they promise :) read more

Having parasailing on my bucket list, regardless of my fear of heights, I knew I wanted to go on our trip to Orange Beach. After looking at several different companies in the area my husband and I went with Orange Beach Parasail. We weren't disappointed in least...it was an amazing experience and the two gentlemen that ran the operation were very nice, knowledgeable and made sure you had a good time. Our boat had 2 other young couples which made it even more fun for us. Highly recommend OB Parasail! read more

They were on time and on schedule from the time we arrived to when we were finished. Both crew guys were funny and willing to help. Would recommend them again. read more

Love parasailing!! Great friendly people, they made it fun for everyone!!! If your wanting to parasail I would highly recommend!!!

Everything about our experience was so good! We decided to parasail on our last day in Gulf Shores and I had been calling around checking prices. When I called orange beach parasail Karen was so sweet and helpful! She got us right in! The ride on the boat was a little bumpy but that is expected out in the middle of the ocean. We were given our full 10 minutes up in the air and couldn't have went better! Call Orange Beach Parasail before all the others! They won't disappoint! read more

The folks at OB Parasail were absolutely amazing from beginning to end. There was a short delay due to weather and Miss Karen at the booking station contacted us immediately to let us know, she was extremely accommodating and patiently answered all of our (hundreds) of questions. The deck crew was a good mix of professional and a little bit of crazy (the good kind). We will definitely be back on our next trip to Orange Beach! read more
