We had an excellent experience! My three kids and I went went for a ride. The crew was fun to talk with and knew their stuff. They were very funny. The price was very reasonable. A total 13 people went up for a ride in pairs of 2 or 3. A great experience and would highly recommend this experience and company. We purchased the picture package and was glad we did One of the crew took the pictures for us. Between the two trips it took for the four of us to go up we had 91 pictures taken. I wanted to take my phone up but was glad I didn't - I wasn't worried about it getting wet but the dip in the water on your way back in would have made it difficult to hold on to. I didn't purchase the go-pro option, but that would have been nice too. read more

This was AL extreme watersports jet ski rental. I sent an email to try to engage privately but since it's been days without a response, maybe my review will get their attention but more importantly, maybe it will save a life or two. You sent me an email asking for a review.  Things didn't go so well Tuesday. I know you are in business and trying to make a living.  I'm good friends with an owner of one of the beach services so I understand how difficult it is to operate a viable business here in OBA.  Having said that, my wife and I were on the jet ski we rented from you puttering around Bay LA Launch/Wolf Bay looking for dolphins.  The jet ski wasn't running very well.  Less than an hour in it stalled.  I called your attendant and gave him the location.  Within a few minutes it began to sink and it rolled and we were dumped into the bay.  we hailed down another jetski that tried to call back but nobody answered. Eventually your attendant got out with another machine that wouldn't start.  He was going to tow us back but the one sinking would have been on the bottom so we stayed on the floater while he towed the almost sunken one back.  It was windy and we were being driven into shore.  I got close to a dock and held onto a pole in the water to keep from crushing the jet ski into the dock.  With the wind it was a struggle to hold the jetskiIt took a long time for him to return with another useless jet ski in tow that wouldn't start.  We were in the water quite awhile before your attendant showed up.  You need more than one attendant. I am hoping my review may save a life. read more

The parasailing itself was good. The crew on the other hand was extremely unfriendly. They didn't help us on or off the boat, they never made eye contact, they never said please or thank you and never said hello or goodbye. They mumbled a few instructions and were completely unsympathetic to my 12-year-old daughter who couldn't hear them. They acted like they did not want to be there. We tipped before hand, but if I would have known better, I wouldn't have tipped them anything because they certainly did not deserve a penny. read more

My boyfriend & I tried to book a trip to parasail with them. Well he didn't feel comfortable because they say they're in Orange Beach but are sending out confirmations for Pensacola, FL. We did a same day booking & tried to cancel online but failed. We called the company & tried but they informed us that we had agreed to a 24 hour cancellation period & because of it they refused to refund our money. We tried to explain that we had booked for a few hours from then but she told us we needed to cancel before 24 hours of the time we scheduled which makes not one lick of sense if we booked it for the same day. This company has unscrupulous business practices & I don't advise you to book with them. read more

Fun, but... Parasailing was fun and the crew was nice, but we were 20 minutes late getting started because they were trying to repair something and yet we were back on the dock 40 minutes later. No one got long in the sky, generally about one song per turn. So for 80 bucks a head for 2-3 minutes of air time, not sure it's worth it. Only reason we chose them was because the other companies said they don't start operating until the 20th because water is still too cold. read more

Booked a flight for a family of four. Got texted a confirmation with an address about an hour prior to our arrival. They tell you to not bring along anything of value so I left my stuff in the car. Follow the clearly marked signs to the check in location. Found a couple guy's getting one of the boats ready and asked if I was in the right place. They told me to hang tight and that the check in person must be running behind. Unbeknownst to me they had changed the location 8 minutes prior to the boat leaving and of course I didn't get that information as my phone was in the car per their instructions. After we waited 45 minutes and no one arrived we figured something was up and checked the phone to find out they were a few doors down. Back in the car and drive to the new location because you cant cross the canal and they get us on the boat. Running 15 minutes behind the others on the boat that got stuck waiting for us were just glaring. Super uncomfortable. The parasailing was fun but the whole experience sucked. 2nd and last time parasailing. Bunch of other places in the area maybe they have their stuff together, these guys dont. When we left they still had the signs directing people to the wrong check in location. Zero f's given from these people read more

Cool experience, disappointing crew. When i called to inquire I was told that parasailing would be up to 10 minutes per group but all 5 groups on our boat were under 5 min per flight, seemed short given the price. The captain did not speak at all until the very end, only to remind everyone they 'work for tips'. The deckhand was very efficient but had no personality & only spoke when giving instructions. Overall parasailing was fun but I wouldn't recommend this company with so many other options on the gulf. read more

We enjoyed this very much as a family with friends. I would give a 5-star but my youngest daughter 7 was on the boat but didn't go up on the Parasail because of 'cold feet'. We asked if there was a partial refund with a stock answer of no. Even a couple of dollars goes a long way with me even if it's a couple of dollars. The guys were great, could have used a little less 'scary' jokes in front of the 7 and 8 year old boy/girl we were with at the time (sharks, etc.). My daughter was probably the only one not laughing. I thought they were funny but when you have been working most of the morning explaining there is nothing to worry about, makes it tough to explain to the 7 year old. Price was okay, but would liked to have seen something back for the non-parasail 7 year old I paid for. One other note, I was shocked (maybe not totally shocked), the boater and deckhand both were smoking during the ride too. Granted they smoked while the boat was moving, which went backwards from the people on the boat. If it was in my face, this would definitely get a 1 star review from me. Had a great time on the boat with Anthony and Chin!! They were very knowledgeable, safe and funny. They would totally receive 5 star rating! The girl checking us and others in was rude and didn't seem to care nor take the time to explain anything. She seem to hate her job and/or the public she had to work with. When getting off of the boat the walkway was EXTREMELY HOT! The rude girl could have sprayed it off with water to cool it off before we got off the boat, instead she just sneered at us. Still not sure why we couldn't wear our shoes on the boat. All 5 of us were wanting a souvenir but when we went into the building we were directed to, the lady inside was on the phone and yelled for us to get out!! We are coming back to Orange Beach in August but will probably try a different parasailing place due to the rude employees (NOT the guys on the boat) read more

BEWARE!!!!!FALSE ADVERTSING...So each of us were handed a card that says $20 off any Parasail Flight. When we called to make the reservation, we mentioned the card and they said we had to go to a certain location to use the discount. We asked if it was per person and they said YES. We arrived at the location (THE SPECIFIC ONE THEY TOLD US TO GO TO) and when we arrived that said they didn't take the coupon. Since it was going to cost more, we told them we were not going to do it, and the pretty much told us TOO BAD, we already have your reservation and we will charge you. WE WERE SO UPSET. My kids and I had a good time with Josh and Rudy. I called about 45 minutes ahead of the time I wanted and the nice lady who answered the phone, got us fixed up. It was pricey but all of the parasailing places are. They were the cheapest I found but only by a little. I paid for the picture package and it was worth it. Rudy caught some good pics and handed me the SD card right after our ride. The crew was very friendly so the boat ride was just about as enjoyable as the parasailing. They were very professional and everything went very smoothly. Our time in the air seemed pretty short but it's hard to gauge when you're way up there. They did a good job of dipping us in the water and we got a good splash but it wasn't too much. You could tell Josh knew what he was doing. TT Watersports is a complete ripoff for parasailing. The experience was supposed to be 30 minutes, 10 minutes in the air and 20 minutes of banana boat ride. Total experience was only 16 minutes. A complete ripoff, do not use this company!!!!!! read more

We took 8teens there age15-18 and they had a great time. The captains were funny and nice. The price is pretty comparable to all of the other places around. The check in process was easy and the young lady that worked in there was very helpful and friendly. The only thing that was difficult was the parking. There isn't a lot of space and we went during spring break and it was busy. read more

There are much better priced places (and better reviewed -my bad for not checking before I went here!) that don't surprise you with added fees when you check in and make you put your phones away so you'll pay for them to take horrible pictures of you!!!! THEY'LL CHEAT YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY. If you pay with cash and don't have exact change, they round up. But they won't tell you that. They'll just hand back your change thinking you won't notice. When I questioned them, all I was told is "we don't have change, so we round up". By the way -- they rounded up $0.03 to the next dollar. I realize this might sound petty, but it's the principal that they didn't even say anything or give me the option to find $0.03 or just round down. I had just paid over $100 and they couldn't give up $0.03. Beware - they also go by Top Tier Watersports. read more

My advice is to chose another parasailing company. The young men driving the boat were irresponsible and intent on scaring the passengers. Our party of six included 2 adults and children ages 18, 15, 12 and 12. This was our first experience parasailing and we told our "captains." The younger passengers were a bit timid but very excited to try something new. We did not receive any instruction, one person in our group was not given a harness and no explanation as to why was offered, everything was so rushed we couldn't ask questions, and before we knew what was happening the we left the dock. I started looking for a harness for my son but was told they didn't have any to fit him. When we reached the ocean the boat was driven extremely fast and became an unexpected thrill ride. By the time a harness was found for my son the boat was too unstable for him to put it on. It was so unnerving that 2 people in our group refused to parasail. Parasailing is great fun but find another company that is more responsible and not staffed by workers who entertain themselves by trying to frighten the passengers. read more

Booked a trip for my 2 girls to go tandem parasailing. Did it all online. Checked the availability on the 15th for 8/16 and it showed a 4pm, 430pm and 5pm open. Selected 430pm. Selected the photo package. Got an email confirmation. Was even able to do the waivers online which was great. Decided at 3pm on the 16th to try and add 2 more people to the 430 slot to go with us It was a little late in the day and the website said we needed to call to book. Talked with a lady who said they didn't have a 430 time. I thought she meant the 430 was full. She said "no we don't have a 430 time". I said "yes you do I have a reservation and confirmation for it" She asked for our names and came back and said we were on the 4pm. I told her that wasn't what I reserved but luckily we could make that time. So advice number 1 - don't trust what they have online for times. And if you book online call and confirm it. Also the coupons they have don't always match what they actually give you for a discount. Next - we get to the dock. Last ones there but luckily the boat doesn't show up for about 10minutes. Confirm with the lady we have 2 going tandem and she says "and you have the picture package". I said yes. Girls get their life vests. Go out on the trip. Come back an hour later. I ask them "who do we see about the photos". The girls tell me "we didn't get any". I asked why?? They say "the man on the boat asked who was doing the pictures and we said no. We didn't know you had gotten it" I said "why wouldn't the man on the boat taking you out not know who was getting pictures? We signed up and paid in advance for it?" So my 2 stars is for the poor communication between the counter at the dock and the people on the boat. The people at the counter should have a list of the passengers going out and it should say who is getting pictures of the sailing. The staff on the boat should know and if they do anything it should just be to reconfirm the information. I didn't think to specifically tell my 17 year olds I had done the photo package because I thought the staff knew and would just take the photos. The photographer on the boat even told my girls that they were the only ones not doing pictures. At that point you'd think he might have taken them just incase or better yet - radioed to shore to ask. I went up to the counter and spoke to the same lady and told her "my kids didn't know I had the photo package so when the man asked on the boat who was getting pictures and who wasn't they said no. I didn't realize he was going to ask that of them since I already had paid for it" She acted as though it's not the first time that's happened and handed me back the money for the photo package. Seems like they need to change their system. Or apparently on the boat you can just say yes to pictures and they have no idea if you've paid for it or not? My girls were wishing they could have had pictures done while they were doing the parasailing but since it was $35 they didn't ask the man to go ahead and take them without permission and here I had paid for it! Extremely frustrating. Which is why the photographer should have just done the pics incase I wanted to buy them after the ride - and I could have said "already paid". Second advice - be sure to tell whoever is going out on the boat if they have the picture package because the staff on the boat have no idea who signed up and paid. If we do parasailing again I think I'll try another place. My girls want to do it again and have the photos taken this time but I'm not enthused about giving this place another $120 when it's their fault it wasn't the expe rice I paid for the first time. read more

Sent up 3 kids: 15, 16, and 17. They had a terrible experience. On their flight, they ended up in the water 4 times. They were tangled in the ropes and one emerged cut and bleeding on his arms and knees. This was my daughters third experience parasailing and she said she had never felt unsafe until now. On one of the submersions, she said the staff struggled to get them out of the water, while they fought to untangle themselves from the ropes. Upon returning to the boat, the staff asked if it was fun. She held up her friends bleeding arms and legs and said "no". She said he laughed and moved on to the next person.
