The first call and tech were very fast and courteous. The tech came out and fixed my issue, the fix lasted 3 hours. I thought I could file with my warranty company for the repair cost but what company would reimburse work that didn't fix the problem. I got the problem fixed through my warranty for their service fee but i spent $200 for this company for a repair which was inadequate. The response and courteousness of this company is 5 stars. Originally I thought the issue was not covered by warranty so I was happy to pay $200 to have it fixed as I thought it'd be way more. The tech didn't actually fix the issue long term and said my warranty company should still reimburse his repair. (If I was the warranty company I wouldn't). Honestly, I think using this company will depend on what your issue is and how much time you have to plan. I wanna like them but I hate losing money on inadequate repair work. **Update** After this review, the business reached out to me and I was told that i got a full refund which is more than I ever expected since they spent time and energy coming to my house and repairing. 3 months ago, I had a technician from Flush King come to repair a toilet leak. It took a while, but the job was completed on time and things looked good. Yesterday I was experiencing problems with the same toilet and contacted Flush King about it. I am very happy with the services that Chris provided. I am selling my home an inspection revealed some roots in the sewer line from the house to the city service and other debris in the line under the house. I talked to Chris a couple of times before he did the work and he was always available by phone and patiently answered my questions. He recommended hydrojetting the lines, quoted me a fair price and was right on time to do the work. After the lines were cleared he provided me with videos that I can show to the buyers. I had a flood in my bathroom on a Saturday evening and called them at 11:00 pm. They were at my house by 12:00, fixed the problem and helped set up a restoration service. Three months later, I had a leak in my laundry room wall, and called them again on a Saturday evening. They were there again within an hour and completed the repair. We then went over some of my water issues due to the hard water in Arizona and they came on Monday to fix them all. The sink I purchased had surface flaws, which our tech Larry noticed as he was about to install the sink. Instead of just putting it in, he called me out, and showed me the issue. So here I am: I recently needed a plumber to take care of a few issues in the house. A good friend of mine recommended FlushKing, I checked it out online and was very impressed with so many 5 stars reviews from other customers, so I contacted FlushKing. Chris, the owner, responded right away. It was late at night, Chris told me he could send someone over the next morning. I asked that whomever he sends, to please give me a 30 minutes heads-up in case I was out doing errands or something, sure enough, plumber Larry called 30 min. before his arrival. Finding services in Scottsdale/Phoenix is easy thanks to YELP but you still do not know what you are getting until you experience the service of the company you have contacted. Do reviews help? YES, but can you trust them? That is for the consumer to determine. What I ask you to do is contact me directly regarding this review if you like. Due to the OUTSTANDING service I experienced (and it is rare with plumbers), I will detail more with you. I searched YELP for a recommendation and ping'd the 3 to 4 companies recommended at one time. I received a very quick response from Chris with Flush King Plumbing (AKA Scottsdale Rooter Plumbers). Chris sent a text with a confirmation to call and discuss my job. Small job planned (toilet flange replacement) and Chris responded to my text at 9pm (not expected). Very prompt and clear communication to what I should expect for cost. Sounded reasonable so we booked for the next day. Chris' team member showed up on time, clean, with a C-19 mask and booties to enter my home. Found out the existing flange could be salvaged so I had him put in my new toilet (which I was planning to do). Reasonable cost for the service call. Great install (and caulking) of the toilet. I asked the tech about a plan to replace my water main from the street to my home based on concern regarding the noted sub-par quality of pipe my builder (Monterey Homes) installed during my home construction (1994). Not an issue but a preventative maintenance question as to not come home one day to a replica of the Fountain Hills fountain in my front yard. An expensive preventative maintenance plan but probably time to change due to age. Tech advised I speak with Chris regarding their services for main water pipe replacement. Chris met me at the property (service!) to walk the proposed job and quote based on run. I bit the bullet to change out before a problem occurs and we set a date to schedule the main water line replacement. Date was met with Chris' crew arriving on-time to start the digging and job schematic. His guys were AWESOME! Friendly, answered all my questions and was professional at all times. They worked from 7am to 2pm on the project and finished, cleaned and had my front yard looking like new! What a great and pleasant experience from a plumbing company! Not expected but definitely much appreciated. Chris runs the company and he has real heart and passion for customer service. Flush King is now my GO-TO plumber when I need help! Great job Chris. Originally was just going to have the innards in both my toilets replaced but after seeing the options it made more sense to just replace both of my toilets to avoid having to pay for any future repairs to the lower unit. Chris, the Owner, came out because I had a main sewer line from clean out in backyard to the alley behind my house not draining properly. I searched for a plumber starting at 1 pm and Chris was at my home by 3 pm! He looked at problem and listened to every thing I had to say and started working on it immediately! He was very professional and had a great attitude ! He didn't try to sell me anything or try to up sale the situation. He attempted to snake the line 3 times and also used a Blow Bag but could not clear line. He then put his camera down line and located where the pipe was broken. The price was very reasonable and I had No problem paying him for his time and effort even though he couldn't get the line clear! I was horribly ripped off. I had two other companies tell me to report this "business" to the ROC. I was charged $1,145 to snake a bathroom sink, a tub drain, and reset a toilet with a new wax ring. Both of the other companies said it should have been half of that at Max. The quote started off high but nothing seemed amiss. Then it became "more complicated" and the price doubled. I also asked about a suspected leak in the front yard and they said my water main was "spinning out of control". They quoted me $5000 to rip apart my front lawn and replace the fresh water supply line to my house. No camera was used to diagnose. Then they were pushing me to start repairs at that very moment. They said they sent two "master plumbers" for my issues (which I did not request). THEN they tried to sell me on their financing available for all of the repairs. Run away! The other plumbers said they should have refunded me for half of the work since it was simple and took about and hour. I'll update once the ROC is notified. read more

First of all, If I could give 10 stars, I would! This is a 1st class company!!. As property manager, I work with different vendors from time to time, most of them are average, a few of them are simply no good, but Flush King Plumbing, Phoenix is in a league of its own, its owner, Chris, is the best business owner I have the pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable, punctual, professional, pleasant and practices common sense approach. I am so impressed with the whole experience that I have to take time from my busy schedule to write this much deserved review. One of the rentals had water leaks under the wall between the kitchen and bathroom. I searched Yelp late that night. After reading most of the reviews from the 4 companies that responded, I decided to contact the two top rated companies: Flush King Plumbing, Phoenix and the other one with initial 'P' company. Chris, the owner of Flush King Plumbing, Phoenix replied back to me almost immediately. The very next morning, he and 2 of his crew visited the property, did a thorough inspection (the finding was: a Failed Cast Iron Drain Pipe Going Into The Concrete Slab Between Back To Back Bathrooms) and a few hours later, I received a detailed estimates with very reasonable pricing, Chris also told me that he could start the job right away. In the meantime, the 'P' company's 'front office' called and told me she could put me on their schedule for an estimator to stop by, but he was already booked 3 days out, she also informed me that their 'process' is if their estimate is accepted, they will THEN put me on their work schedule! Don't they know that most plumbing problems are urgent in nature?! Needless to say, I chose Flush King Plumbing, Phoenix. Chris's crew started the project the next day, they had to remove the bathtub, opened up the cement floor to replace those problem pipes, a crew of 3 skilled plumbers worked diligently for 3 days without disturbing the tenant who was working from home. These guys had everything under control, did a fabulous job, the whole repair went smoothly and seamlessly, a truly 1st class operation all around! You may wonder (like I did) how come one company's schedule is so booked while the other is so readily available? I found out why. Chris has 10 very experienced plumbers working with him, Chris himself answers the phone/text day and night, he responds directly with his customers in a lightening speed (no kidding!), his staff are all skilled technicians, not 'front office' desk personnel. Consequently, Chris has less overhead and more productive labor forces, which enables him to take on multiple projects simultaneously and at a much competitive price. Called for a non emergency appointment and they came out the same day to fix a washer drain issue. I also asked them to look at the shower to determine the loss of water pressure when when adjusting it hotter. They fixed the washer drain issue and also took the shower valve apart and determined that the cartridge needed to be replaced. They were good about ordering the new cartridge and was able to get it under warranty and shipped directly to my house. They said to call when the cartridge arrived and they would install it for $249. I thought they charged a lot to unplug my washer drain during their original visit and to also look at the shower issue so I was not inclined to pay $249 for them to come out and install a cartridge that could be done for a lot less. As it turns out, I installed the new cartridge and was not the issue. The other that I had was that they showed up during the pandemic and entered the house without shoe covers or masks. They also made a big pitch on trying to get me to purchase a new water system. In sum, I would go with another plumbing service. I believe you can get much better value and expertise with someone else. Update: Respectfully dispute the response provided by the owner concerning accuracy. My experience was hopefully just a one off and I wish Flush King the best. read more

My garbage disposal went out on a Friday afternoon and I needed it quickly replaced before the weekend. I called Flush King and they were able to schedule someone for 2 hours from when I called. I bought my own disposal at Ace Hardware because it was cheaper but Larry was on time and replaced my unit in about 30 minutes. Best $200 spent! Would definitely use them again. read more

We have a home warranty company but they couldn't get any of their contractors out fast enough (not fun living without your water on) so after a lot of complaining to the warranty co about how urgent it was the warranty co allowed me to pick a company of my choosing which is great because the ones they send out aren't always that great most of the time. I called Flush King and Chris answered right away. He was so nice and helpful. Larry came out an hour and a half later and was so nice and professional. I had another issue he noticed outside and he fixed that too. I am getting reimbursed by the warranty co but their pricing is fair and they were very nice, knowledgeable, and professional.
