The finishing job was mediocre - not at all what I expected. After a couple of years I learned that they did not tighten the screws to the pedestal sufficiently when they did the job and that the whole table is now loosened. Unfortunately, it takes a special tool to fix it which tool I do not own. When I called them back to talk with them today, they were unbelievably rude and they refused to even consider coming by to fix what they did - especially since they charged top dollar to do the job. Never use these people!

I was impressed to see the best of the best chemicals, Thornell Odorcide, Pros Choice Carpet Care and Stone Pro Tile and Stone. It's pretty clear (pun intended) from the many many positive online reviews that their glass chair…read moremats are amazing - and they are. Mine feels and looks every bit of what you'd expect for the price and truly takes the room up a few notches. It's part function, part art. And moving around on it is like gliding on ice. In fact, you actually have to get used to how effortless it is. Whatever force you'd been putting into moving around will now send you rolling right off the thing! I also want to give a big thumbs-up to their casters. The chair mat would be great (and enough) without their casters, but they're an excellent addition. In fact, I've tried the chair at another desk without the glass mat, and it's a huge improvement over that regular chair. The regular chair's casters get bogged down in the carpet, while Clearly Innovative's casters move smoothly through. (New casters on the way!) So if you can't afford a chair mat, at least consider getting their casters. It'll be a huge upgrade to your desk experience. Last, a definite five stars to Hirrum and Brendon for their solid customer service. No problems needed to be fixed, but it was solid end to end, and the glass mat arrived in a very impressive packing that was fully thoughtful.

My elderly mom informed me they talked her into paying $275 a month for maintenance for her small four-person tub. In my opinion, the water quality and tub cleanliness after these super-short visits are less than adequate. The owner was polite when I went into the store to question him, but he claimed this is his top guy and he is just fast. However, I have never seen him use an underwater vacuum or clean debris off the bottom. He just does not want to spend the time to leave it sparkling. Is $275 a month the going rate for 2-3 minute weekly visits to maintain a four-person tub now? Is this elder fraud?. I have attached time-stamped Ring camera pics of him coming and going on the last visit.

I went to this store on the recommendation of my plumber to purchase new toilets and a kitchen…read morefaucet. While they have an excellent selection, I wish I hadn't bought my fixtures from them. First of all, their prices aren't the best. I could have saved $130 on my faucet and over $70 for each toilet if I had bought them online (this is including the shipping costs). But, I wanted to support my local business so I didn't buy the items online. I severely regret this. Second, their customer service is lacking. I was told I would get a call from them the following Monday to update the status of order (the faucet needed to be shipping from another site). I did not get a call Monday or Tuesday... I finally called them on Wednesday. No apologies for the lack of promised communication. I was told my faucet hadn't arrived and to expect a call on Friday. Again, no phone call on Friday. I was finally called on Monday and told to come pick my faucet up. Third, I needed to schedule the delivery of the toilets. I wanted to coordinate the delivery with the time my plumber was scheduled to arrive for the installation. The showroom manager (Brian?) was extremely unhelpful - bordering on rude - in assisting me in this. I am very close to canceling my order and buying my items online instead. (I probably will do this tomorrow as it's after 5pm right now and they are closed). The only reason I gave them 2 stars (instead of 1 star) is that they did have a good selection. Maybe it might be worth going to look at their showroom, then purchase your choices online... But, I would not recommend them at all!!!!! Addendum: While a terrible experience resulted in my cancellation of my order, I must give them some credit. They were very professional and helpful with the refunding of my purchase. The warehouse manager called me personally and apologized and asked if there was anything they could do to rectify the situation. Perhaps I should increase them up to 3 stars... Especially if they do something about that horrible salesperson, Brian.
