I couldn't let just any framer work on this piece of art so I decided to use The Framing Corner. It was important that I get that personal touch, time and design care to make sure my painting is framed to show off it's beauty by working with a business that also feels a sense of ownership and care over my piece too. I was so happy I went to The Framing Corner. From the design consultation to the finished product I feel they not only worked with what I expressed I was looking for but they worked very hard to build a frame that allowed for as much of the painting to be exposed while keeping it within the designated space measurements. Their communication with me was very professional, organized and consistent. The craftsmanship on the frame they built was precise, with clean edges and my eyes are keen to see errors like that. The framers are so friendly and know their stuff. Your art is safe here and you will love how it will turn out once the Framing Corner gets their hands on it. The hardest part is the waiting.

Wendy and James were absolutely amazing. When I came to pick a frame I think James probably showed me half the frames in the store until I finally decided on two. My picture was actually done earlier than promised but when I picked it up there was a problem with the picture (totally my fault) and Wendy told me she could fix it by re-matting it but would have to charge me. I agreed and a week later my picture was done and I paid a very nominal fee for Wendy to re-mat it. They just took such an interest in me and my picture. I know when I have something special to frame again that I will always come here.

We were initially impressed by the selection of Products at Woodbridge interiors. We bought a…read moreStickley couch and side chairs, along with a custom matching ottoman. We bought a Lexington/Tommy Bahama dining table with eight chairs, we bought two high-end carpets, and we bought four Lexington/Tommy Bahama barstools with custom upholstery. There were countless problems on delivery of product, including delays, claims of shortages and much more. But the greatest issue we had was defects in the centerpiece of all it - the dining table itself. Twice the dining table that we selected was provided to us with huge areas of the table top that had not been finished. When we pointed these things out at the point of delivery, we were encouraged to give the service team a chance to make corrections. This process was always difficult and took a long time, and the end did not fix the problem. Two separate tables were delivered, both had similar issues and in neither instance was the service team able to make any correction. When it came time for a third table, we followed the suggestion of their team and chose another model of table, which arrived after a considerable time. When the third table was delivered, it was immediately clear that the table was too short - it would not allow the armchairs to be slid under the table and gave inadequate clearance between the seat of the side chairs and the side of the table itself. We objected immediately, and were told to give their service staff an opportunity to address the matter. A few weeks later, their service rep suggested that we cut off one or two inches off of each of the legs on all eight of the chairs. When we asked that they look for other options, he stated that he would request approval to put risers under the four table legs. That's when the folks of Woodbridge stopped communicating. We had to chase them, we couldn't get return calls, the sales person and the branch manager both had left the store, and no one was available to help. In the end, after weeks and weeks, we got an email from Woodbridge - not even a phone calll - telling us there was nothing that they could do and that the matter was closed. We are now seeking return of all of the product and return of all our money. The folks at Woodridge have been amazingly quiet, especially considering how much they called us in pursuit of us when we were potential customers. I cannot recommend Woodbridge interiors at all. You can pay for a premium product at Woodbridge, but their Customer Service is absolutely miserable. Latest update: after weeks of silence Woodbridge is responding by: a. denying any responsibility for suggesting products that are incompatible, b. stating it will do nothing to address the problems they created, and, c. warning that if I try to do anything to address the issues all warranties on our purchases will be voided.

My wife was ready to pull out a credit card the second she laid on it. My biggest worry became fact, the approx. 10 inches of memory foam loses something WAY faster than a normal bed. Hugely adding to the problem is what's laughingly added as a box spring - a frame with wood 2x4's as slats. No, I'm not kidding. When I opened the boxes to assemble I was surprised to find slats that would prove useless once the foam above starts to lose its height and your body is that much closer to sleeping on wood. To add insult to injury, I was aware I'd have to assemble, but not aware the drivers weren't gonna take it upstairs (like any other bed delivery) and instead just leave it on the porch. Not wanting to burden my wife I pushed the approx. 125 pound box up stairs, tearing a bicep tendon in the process (I'm 63, a pretty stupid move on my part), which has yet to heal, so I've yet to get a good nights sleep on it since I still can't switch to that side (Insert palm to head emoji here...) Lastly added a $150 pillow that of course lost it'z zing after 4 months and is now permanently smooshed in the middle no matter how much you fluff it. Lesson here kids is DON'T IMPULSE BUY! Really wish we'd held out for the real bed and not this short term gimmick thing.

I used Ariel's a couple of years ago and two years later I found that the job they did was a…read moredisaster. I had engaged them to refinish a light oak table top with a leaf. The finishing job was mediocre - not at all what I expected. After a couple of years I learned that they did not tighten the screws to the pedestal sufficiently when they did the job and that the whole table is now loosened. Unfortunately, it takes a special tool to fix it which tool I do not own. When I called them back to talk with them today, they were unbelievably rude and they refused to even consider coming by to fix what they did - especially since they charged top dollar to do the job.
