During the weekend, I had lunch here with my friends. We ordered the 30 piece spicy yuzu chicken bites and matcha soufflé pancakes to share. I also ordered the breakfast sandwich with two soufflé pancakes as the bread (you have the option of choosing bacon or sausage as your breakfast meat). The spicy yuzu chicken bites are quite small (the same size as Chick-fil-a's chicken bites) and they're a little dry but the spicy mayo sauce makes it taste good. The more you eat, the more you can't stop eating them. For the breakfast sandwich, I had a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich (the egg was quite runny and it broke as I ate my sandwich), and it came with tater tots and a side salad. I thought the breakfast sandwich was alright but I don't think I would order it again. I didn't realize it had cheese (which I usually ask to remove) and I usually like my eggs well cooked (no runny yoke). The breakfast sandwich was quite filling though because of the soufflé pancakes, acting like pieces of bread. The side salad was good because of the vinaigrette dressing but the tater tots weren't that great. The tater tots reminded me of the ones you would get from school lunches back in middle school. Then, we ate the matcha soufflé pancakes (as if it was dessert). I really enjoyed it. The pancakes were fluffy and soft, and the matcha cream on top was sweet but not too sweet. I like they have savory and sweet options, and I would come back here again, especially for the yuzu bites and matcha soufflé pancake. :) read more

Brought my daughter to try the soufflé pancakes. Their grand opening was last week so hoped that some of the kinks were worked out. Sadly it wasn't. There was a line as expected, was quick to order and service was friendly. Props to the cashier for being upfront and saying that the food may take 45 min to an hour. Ok, so we ran some errands in the area and came back about an hour and 10 min after we ordered. Lines were even longer, and food wasn't ready yet, needed another 20 min or so. Whoa. After 1 hr and 30 min, we got the goods and had to check the boxes, we were missing syrup for one of them. We hoped to eat there, but there were NO tables available. So, we went to chi cha San, like a 2 min drive away, ordered a bubble tea and sat to eat in peace. The Jalapeño honey chicken with signature soufflé pancakes was a 4/5, crispy tender chicken and great pancakes. Could have incorporated the Jalepenos or honey into the dish more and would have been a 5/5. The matcha tiramisu was a disaster. 2/5. The pancakes themselves are the original signature, with a dusting of matcha and cocoa on top - which made for very unexpected bitter bites. The matcha syrup and whipped cream was ok. This would have been much better if the matcha or cocoa were incorporated into the batter and maybe using a matcha or cocoa glaze drizzle instead of straight matcha and cocoa powder. We preferred to remove all the matcha and cocoa powder as best as possible and eat with the syrup. Would not try this one again. It's a small cute shop, go on a weekday or call ahead, like an hour+ ahead to order and pick up. I probably won't try again for a few more weeks for them to work out the kinks further. read more

I visited Fluffy Fluffy on the Friday when they had their grand opening. There were alot of people waiting in line. I forgot how long I waited already and after you placed your order, there is also another wait. Some people said after you ordered you still have to wait an hour, but I don't recall I waited an hour for my food though. Anyway, that day they offer free refresher drink when you order any pancake. I tried their mango refresher which was pretty good! I also order their Signature Pancake and their Tiramisu Pancake. They are jiggly when I grab my order! Both pancakes were not bad. I think I'm looking forward to trying their smoke salmon dish next time I visit. read more

Decent Japanese style fluffy pancakes. But they don't seem to be made fresh. Things seem to be pre made already and then heated/toasted up. The pancakes themselves were ok, they tasted fine but they didn't seem like they were made fresh. The syrup also was artificial tasting and globby. If I was really craving fluffy pancakes, I would come back but I have had better :/ read more

Honestly as my first visit, the food there was beautiful and it was delicious as it looked! Only preference I had although was it would've probably tasted even better if the food was served warm, especially for the Nutella Banana and with any other Fluffy Pancake with sauce in the side. It would probably enhance the taste and the flavor of the nutella chocolate with the Fluffy Pancake I got. Overall the employees there are really sweet and attentive to the tables and at the cashier right away. The place also looked really comfy and the music choice in the background really sets the mood. 4/5 stars! read more

Must say food looks delicious but it's definitely not worth the hype. Pretty bland to me. Also came in as a family of 4 and only one of us got our food the first 15-20 mins. We were unable to eat together due to 3 meals not coming out until 20 mins after the first meal... can say store is set up and designed pretty cute. read more

Went there a few times and each time had a so so experience; last time the heat wasn't on. It was freezing so it was hard to enjoy my meal eating with stiff cold fingers. Then went there today, the pancake was kind of burnt and they asked for an extra $1 for tiny plastic of syrup so use your syrup wisely read more

We had been waiting to try this place since it's opening and finally got there. There were 4 of us dining in. A nice young lady took our order we then sat to wait. My husband ordered strawberry pancakes while the rest of us ordered what they called a savory dish. I ordered a refresher as I didn't realize they had regular soda's in a fridge off to the side. (The soda should be listed on the menu so people know it's available). My husband's food was the first to come out. He ate it as we didn't t want it to get cold. He was done and just sitting while we sat and waited. This is definitely something I don't like. We want to eat somewhat together. We don't want to eat one person at a time. I asked the young lady why he received his food before any of ours.. I told her we shouldn't get our dishes one at a time. Keep in mind we were the ONLY people in the entire restaurant. Two people had already left that were waiting for their order for what seemed to be about 15-20 minutes. The girl told me that the savory dishes take longer. In my opinion if that is the case you should have started with ours and started with his right before ours was done. About 5-7 minutes later the next 2 come out and then the last one comes out. I got the jalapeño chicken one. Unfortunately it was nothing to rave about. The pancakes themselves had a great fluff and texture. The fact that they themselves have NO flavor was a let down. The chicken layed out around the plate with some slices of jalapeño and some syrup was not cohesive. The ingredients should have been incorporated together. I had just a little syrup not nearly enough for the food I had. They charged me $1.00 for a little dressing cup of syrup. The syrup was a "special jalapeño syrup" it lacked in flavor as did the chicken. My husband said his was good but also said he had to made sure to get his strawberry syrup on every bite as the panckes themselves had no taste. My DIL said her bacon on her sandwich was not fully cooked so she took it off. She said the sandwich was okay. My son had no issue with his. So we were 1 for 4. We were so excited unfortunately this is 1 and done. We had high expectations and definitely thought this was going to be a 10 for us but unfortunately not. read more

So I've been here twice and not sure if I would go again but maybe third time's the charm. My hesitation isn't about the food because the pancakes tasted great. The ambience is fun and playful and the employees match the vibe of what the restaurant is trying to be. However, my main concern is whether or not it's worth the wait. Which you will be doing a lot of. The first time I went was a few days after the grand opening so a wait was understandable even though 40 minutes is a bit excessive for 2 pancakes in my opinion, and mind you I've made these types of pancakes at home before for my family and I and it didn't take more than 3 minutes for each pancake. The second time I went back was a few days ago and I was really hoping they'd iron out the kinks but unfortunately the wait was even longer I was told it would be an hour which was insane since I was literally one of only 6 people in the store. I'll try them again in January and see how it goes. read more
