The ice cream itself, the chocolate was silky and smooth and absolutely as soft ice cream should be. The monster cookies tasted okay, but was a little gritty for soft serve. Maybe this flavor would work better with some of their other desserts, but as stand alone soft serve, it just was not it. I've had monster cookie adjacent ice creams usually as hard ice cream, and maybe it works better that way.
