    No stars for you, Fluent. Do not bother with this company and save yourself the long grief. Long contracts, demanding fine print. We do not even have a copy of what they say we have to adhere to end our billing. We have no service available! What gets me is my family is recently being billed for services we now cannot even get even though we have a completed contract that has been continuing month to month. I do not see in our copy of the fine print where it says we have to give 60 days notice. They have all kinds of other one sided stipulations, but where in the agreement does it say we have to pay whether or not we actually receive the service we bought? HUGE SCAM. STAY AWAY. We are still fighting and judging by others experiences are concerned of more run around. Hoping to report to the Government's Consumer Protection Division. It is hopeless. When I asked the advisor what he thought about his company who's billing out to completed contracts no longer receiving service, he threatened to hang up and did because we wouldn't answer my question. Different advisors sing the same song that we can bill because it is written in the contract. We don't see where. Two years ago this company changed their billing to a company called API and we have no fine print from them. It is outrageous how they treat their loyal customers.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at a Telus location. The staff were unhelpful, rude, and completely uninterested in supporting customers. It felt like they were there to upsell or charge for basic assistance rather than actually help. At one point, I was even told I had to pay just to be shown simple options that are already available on the Telus website. That alone was unbelievable. Instead of guiding customers, they make you feel like you're inconveniencing them by asking basic questions. Save yourself the frustration and go to another Telus store or a different provider altogether. I will never return to this location.

The earliest appointment they could get for me was a week after my move. The appointment was scheduled for between 8am-9am. The technician showed up at 12:30, had no idea how to do the service, despite the entire building being wired for Telus. The next available appointment was a week later, putting me at 2 weeks without a service that I am paying for. I have currently been on the phone, passed around from agent to agent for 1.5 hours and still no resolution, after already speaking with them on 3 other occasions regarding this matter. They told me yesterday that they will have a technician come out today and that technician cancelled on me very last minute, prompting my call back to them today. I have received several different explanations as to why there have been so many delays. I have never experienced such a terrible client experience. I have asked to cancel my service and they told me I would need to pay over $300 in fees if I want to do that- for a service I am currently not receiving. Unfortunately there is a lack of internet providers in my province and I am stuck with one of two terrible options. Telus should really reevaluate how they choose to do business.

    Please read this before you decide to use this company .This by far had to be one of the worst…read morecompanies I have ever dealt with . When I met with Dolby to discuss my system I specifically told him I wanted to purchase the entire system , he wanted me to enter an agreement where I rent the equipment from him for a period of 3 years + monitoring fees . I stated I wanted to buy it not lease it from him and he wasn't happy about that . He thought about it and quoted me that to buy and own the equipment I would have to pay him $2000 + GST for all the equipment and I agreed to that and a monthly 1 year contract of $39.95 which he raised to $42.95 then raised again to $49.95 . I ended up selling my home and asked him if he was interested in installing a new system in my new home . He replied "No" he was not interested so I advised him I would be discontinuing service with him . Thats when he decided that I owed him more money . I was in a 1 year contract which I completed and then went month to month as discussed and I owned the equipment since I paid him over $2000 and he kept stating he thought I owed him something ... conversation ended . This will show you the price differences between what he wants to charge you and what he's supposed to charge you . In my case he gouged me and the equipment he says he sold me for $2000 actually is worth maybe $700 I didn't feel good about how Dolby mentioned he thought I owed him more money . I bought the equipment outright or so I though and he verbally told me I did I sent him a written notice of cancellation as per the agreement and I get a message back from Dolby demanding $600 for unlocking the control panel or he is going to come and remove it . I was like "what" ? I bought the equipment from him but little did I realize the Dolby and his shady ways wrote on the contract in small writing that the control panel was " not inc" and I did not notice this at the time I signed the contract because I trusted him and the verbal agreement we had . Dolby is as shady as they come, always trying to figure out a way to take advantage of his customer so that you will owe him more money at the end I suggest you all close read the contracts he made you sign as he has made it so that if you discontinue service he will come after you for additional money . He basically ripped me off and knew he was doing it . It was he that did not want to continue service because he wanted the $600 cash grab and he will take back this monitoring panel , then sell it and install it in someone else's home telling them that its new when its not ...its actually from someone else's home as will be most of his equipment ....super shady !!! I have signed up with Telsco . There you buy the equipment and they do not own any of it , it will always be yours . I even sent them a email to verify the control panel is mine to keep and they stated yes it is ( see attached photo) . They are the exact same price as Dobly's JTL and they do not do shady things to their clients . They actually gave me better cameras which include sd cards and the ability to talk through any camera where Dolby does not offer that . Again Dolby goes out of his way to take advantage of his customers ...most of you do not know this yet but just wait until you try to discontinue service even though he verbally tells you that you own the equipment he is not being honest to you Ive learned my lesson and I hope you seriously look at what you have signed because he 100% is going to play it to his benefit and add very small print items onto the contract so he comes out ahead and remember some of his equipment he is installing has been in other clients houses ,such as mine , so anyone after this point may be getting my control panel installed in their home
