It's hard to believe all the bad reviews I've read on here as I've never had a problem since day 1 with Fluent Home security. In fact, I feel 100% safer knowing their systems are running, as does my family when I leave for business. Their support is top notch as well. Even on Social Networks. Take Facebook for example. It's convenient because I regularly use it, both for personal and business so knowing I can drop Fluent Home a quick Facebook message when I have a question is great. They always reply within a short time and with a helpful caring reply. Their equipment seems to be working great. Haven't had any problems. When we originally subscribed to their services, the guys were quick to come and setup everything and answered all our questions and gave us lots of help in familiarizing ourselves with their equipment. Pricing was a bit steep, I'll admit that, but all in all the equipment and service was good. All in all, I am very happy with Fluent and surprised to see such negative reviews. I was asked by Fluent to post my review that I had pm'd to them earlier today. I am happy to do so. I just wanted to let you know that I appreciate the home security system that was installed in my home last week. When the Rep approached my door I was skeptical about it; not putting much credence in door-to-door marketing. The Rep pointed out a neighbor that has the system and agreed to come back after I spoke with them. As a new home-owner it was a great opportunity to meet my neighbors and I not only got the information that I was hoping for but a jar of jam as a "Welcome to the Neighborhood!!" The Rep came back and was very courteous taking the time to explain things to me. Marco was also very good about taking care of a situation regarding the panel location without me having to deal with follow up tech bookings, etc. It was great to see that the tech team had the same level of care and professionalism. A skeptic, once converted, is loyal. I have a list of referrals for the next time a team is in Athabasca! Rhonda D. read more

I am a long term sales rep of Fluent and take great pride in the care we provide to our customers. I have always encouraged those I set up with a system to call me for any reason. I have only ever had one cell number and I always accept/return calls from unknown numbers. I have a Fluent system in my house obviously and find great convenience in it, from the alarm system to the doorbell camera - not to mention the home owners insurance discount. We have grown rapidly and it's been exciting to return to visit my customers in person whenever back working in their town/city. Great company as far as I'm concerned. Honeywell equipment and seems to work properly with no problems. I couldn't ignore the poor review on this site and decided to write one of my own. Any company of this size will take some time to refund your money, EPCOR and the big ones take 8 weeks. And off course it was cashed right away, they do that once install is complete to activate the account. They mention that on their quality assurance call before installing the system. I never really had a problem but when I had a concern the salesman (who left his phone number as well as the installer) was very helpful and fast. read more

They are the absolute unprofessional uneducated rude people you will deal with they will lock you in a 5 year contract at the most unreasonable prices ! There is no cancelling and if you try they will bill you for $5,000 ! go to their facebook there are hundreds of negetive comments from customers who have been treated unfairly! comments that have been hidden from the public so you cannot see! Wow...just learned how Efficient our Security System is! Unknowingly I hit the Panic Button on my Key Fob while I was trying to get into my house...within 1 minute the Call Centre had called me to see if everything was ok...they already had the RCMP called...I then received a call from the RCMP to check to make sure I was ok and to clarify that it was a false alarm!! Thank you Fluent and Sylvan Lake RCMP for your quick response in my error...I won't be letting that happen again. -- feeling grateful. read more

I absolutely love this company, when my family lost our home in the fire of fort mac, this company put us up in a Hotel and agreed to pay the bill until we can get things settled again. I never thought i'd find a company that cares so mich for their clients as much as these guys do. read more

Scam company please do your research, they sign you in to 5 year contract their equipment is a joke it wasn't even compatible with our wi-fi , the worse customer service just a bunch of goofs stealing money from peoples accounts. read more

Excellent service. We signed up with Fluent last year and we couldn't live without it. Our car was broken into twice before and since we've put the sign out and the cameras up we haven't had any issues. read more
