I put my faith into Millwoods Town Centre on Aug 18 (open until 8pm which helped) and I was BEYOND lucky! I was so impressed by a lovely man named Ray ("store manager"). Honestly the best Rogers (Fido) person I have EVER talked to in my life. He explained everything, he was helpful, patient and really took the time to make sure everything was fixed up so that I could breathe again. He is truly a wonderful worker and deserves recognition. Installation took about 2 hours, but no complaints, as it was all done carefully with no damage to my house. The equipment is a bit more expensive than some companies, but the service makes up for it. I have called or e-mailed questions or concerns and they were answered promptly. And the monitoring is all local so that puts my mind at ease. I'm monitored for flooding, carbon monoxide and fire as well. Very happy to be a Telsco customer
