He really listened to us and came up with an incredible solution to our problem! My husband and were both able to upgrade our phones for free, and he was able to get us more data for a small increase in our monthly bill. Plus he seemed to be the only one in the store who really knew what he was doing, the others appeared to still be in training. So he was like the Flash, jumping from helping us to helping 3 other customers in the store simultaneously! Our 18 month old was running around the whole store all the while making a racket but Abraham and one of the ladies working there just kept laughing and saying how cute she was! We decided to move to Shaw Business this past summer. The transition went relatively smoothly except for our fax line. We have been trying for over 8 months to get Siplink to release our fax number to Shaw and they have repeatedly told us that they released the number, while Shaw says they haven't. It turns out our fax number is resold through a company called "Nu-Dawn" and they need to release it in order for Shaw to reactivate it. Suprise, surprise... Siplink was previously named "NuDawn," and even knowing that we know this information they still refuse to release the number.
