The in store inventory also showed the items available. I left frustrated as I had planned to purchase. The items were on sale and as it turns out were unavailable at any other local store and were full price on the website. The charges went thru, but for an unknown reason the cards were deactivated and after 5 days now they still have 't responded. e mails and phone calls to them go unanswered. Follow up - customer service finally responded. I had to sign a document waving my rights and they will issue a refund which may take up to 21 days. In the mean time my credit card is charged and I have to pay the interest for however long they take.

You can go to Midas for 40-50 bucks. After telling them that price seemed a little high, they tried to influence me to bring it in anyway, which I knew would put me in a situation where I had to uncomfortably negotiate or walk out and start over. I got service done here a while back as well and they were by far the most expensive choice. I unfortunately did not want to call another tow service to remove it from the location so I got the work done there.They tried charging me a $200 diagnostic fee. They said it's an hourly rate, but the mechanic who looked at my car slipped up and said he only "diagnosed" it within 15 minutes. They refunded me the fee after I explained to them my perspective which was nice, but the overall price of the service was much higher than other mechanics I got quotes from. Perks on the customer service quality, but genuinely if you're looking for the same level of service at a lower price, I'd recommend going elsewhere.

I get the place plowed and then Suburban wants documentation that the bridge to my property is safe for their truck. This would be the same truck that has been crossing that bridge for the PAST FORTY YEARS! When a truck does show up, it's a driver who has delivered here many times before. He zips right in. When asked about the bridge, he says it's no problem.

I use a remote gauge and it's pretty accurate, and I have no issue doing it this way. This gives them an idea how much fuel we're burning and allows them to get me on the delivery schedule. With any snow or ice storm, I clear the driveway, our sidewalk and I remember to clear a path to the tank. This last storm (1/25/2026) was brutal, a lot of sleet and freezing rain. The driver showed up as scheduled on Feb 3rd and was thrilled to see a clean spot on the street for him to park the truck, with a clear path to the tank. And hats off to the delivery guys, they're awesome!

Economy Propane called our neighbor 2 days later said they were not coming because there was snow on the street. There is snow on every street in the city.
