It is rare that I will do a review of a business more than once, but I have to make an exception when it comes to my experience with Bay Storage in Cape Charles. I'm having a house built in Tower Hill and needed additional storage to what I already had. There are three managers and associates that were more than just doing their jobs; Etta was the manager that I dealt with first and in her absence, there were two others that not only picked up the ball when she was out on maternity leave; they even called me to let me know the status of the units I was interested in and helped me choose the best fit for my needs. That kind of customer service is hard to come by in today's work environment; but it is the kind of service I've received time and time again at Bay Storage in Cape Charles! Simply the best! Excellent facility! We rented a temp controlled unit for few months during the summer while moving. Hours to access unit were very accommodating, units were clean and staff was friendly. Courtney was extremely friendly and a fabulous employee!! She called & emailed me to ensure we were happy and to enroll us in autopay. Would definitely recommend!! =D read more

Good storage facility. Clean and well maintained. Competent manager and staff. HOWEVER...They have been jacking up their price for the past ten years. Started at 160 and now paying over 230. No improvements to speak of and the climate control units are a joke. It's either hot in the summer or cold in the winter. Spend your money on a shed from Loews or Home Depot, which is what I will be doing if I get one more price increase! read more

This place is a customer service Chernobyl that charges a premium price for mediocre service. roof leaks - vermin - and pugilistic staff.
