A few of these were after relationship breakups, so he literally helped me move forward in life! My most recent move was from Virginia to Texas in October 2022. Ivan and Anthony coordinated my move-out from house to storage, storage unit to moving truck, and then delivery to new home. During this move, Ivan also transported my car on a flatbed trailer attached to the moving truck. Before providing estimates and scheduling moves, he would request to take a look at the old space and all items to be moved. He was also helpful in suggesting which size unit to rent when I had to put all my furniture in storage. Neither elevators, stairs, traffic nor weather would deter Quick Move. Ivan made sure that everything was transported and delivered with care and intact. Ivan not only handled moves, he had a good eye for furniture placement. When my bedroom set would not fit, he knew which pieces would look beautiful in other areas of my apartment. Before moving/delivery day, I always printed a copy of my home floor plans and designed my furniture layout. Ivan also helped my mom move appliances/furniture to and from her clinic. He even picked up a store order for me instead of my paying for shipping/delivery and figuring out how to carry the heavy purchase upstairs. In past moves, he packed my kitchen and living room into boxes, which I appreciated. Ivan is professional, reliable, trustworthy and communicates well. He identifies ways to save money and resources. The movers did not come from the location that I called adding additional unknown cost. There was some initial confusion about when the movers were set to arrive. At first, I was told it was going to be a morning move, and then the night before got a call saying it would be an afternoon moving. Then the morning of the move, I got a call saying they were an hour away. It added unnecessary frustration and confusion. I thought the movers really took their time and lacked hustle. My 10 minute relocation took 6 1/2 hours. Granted it was a hard move to the third floor with no elevator, but at the end of the day they couldn't reassemble my bed. I still have furniture that's wrapped in moving material. I also have some furniture that was reassembled incorrectly. The movers did what they could, but could've been more communicative and could've benefited from more training & support from the front office.

Well we reached out to B&B 1/7 around 1 pm they were here around 4 pm and they showed up with a "we are going to figure this out attitude" It took a bit but we now have a brand-new functional refrigerator in the kitchen of our house! Their rates were reasonable, and the guys were awesome. And yes, I've already initiated a reimbursement from East as they did not complete the job for which they were paid. Also they damaged several pieces of my furniture including an antique desk that belonged to my great grandma from Germany. My 65 inch smart tv was crack after I unwrapped it, had to throw it away! My Tv bracket that held my tv on the wall was missing. They just threw my shit in storage!! A statute that belonged to my mom, who had passed was broken in a million pieces. If I had gone to my storage and knew what was damaged I would have gotten somebody else!!! Awful service!!!
