This has also become repetitive pattern. I have even visited the gym in the evenings and there are several employees standing around and there is no cleaning taking place. Most gyms have checklists that should be done throughout the day, but maybe this isn't the case for Club4 in Ridgeland. Please do better by your members. Also, for the record I have mentioned this to the manager and they cleaned that day and a few days after that; then back to the nasty cardio machines and No towels.

The healthplex is essential for anyone wanting all around health improvement. They offer a variety…read moreof things to do that work with many schedules/budgets, and are always looking to advance their facility to meet member desires. Professionalism and customer service are imperative in organizations (and sometimes overlooked) - the healthplex takes these qualities to heart, and adds excellent personable and skilled staff to be the cherry and whipped cream on top of a healthplex Sundae.... While many organizations focus on what fuel (marketing, new services, etc) is needed to propel a business, eliminating friction (what holds consumers back) is often overlooked- however, the healthplex embodies both perfectly. To be more specific, all the staff (yes all) are excellent. Vague, but they all deserve recognition that their hard work is recognized. The front desk staff are always attentive, the fitness staff meet me at my level, and motivate me to push myself in my goals, and the cleaning staff make the place near- immaculate and shiny. Please keep two people to oversee boot camp! It helps with safety/form/ setup for the number of attendees. The only reason I didn't put a fifth star is due to frugality and eye for cleaning. The review is long, but worth it to me to leave something other than a vague thumbs up. I love this place and will always suggest anyone to check it out and give it a go!

Although I have two different gym memberships, it never covers all of the places I end up. For this reason, I could tell stories of some of the worst places I have stumbled upon, but I will sum it up with there has been a time or two I have walked out of places thinking I may need to go and get a tetanus shot or should have worn a CDC suit. I visit Jackson at least once or twice a year and have tried various gyms, but they have all fallen short of meeting the needs of my routine and expectations compared to what they charge a visit to workout. To paraphrase, there are places I have walked out of and my hands were black from filth! Driving, I saw Starke off the freeway and stopped in to see what their equipment setup and fees were for someone from out of town. For only being 8 months old, it is filled with all new equipment, but you could see that the management took ownership in keeping it organized, clean and friendly. I really appreciated that they worked out a rate for me based on the fact that I am from out of town and were welcoming along the way. The equipment and facilities are great! There is a lot of attention to detail and great separation of space depending up what you want to focus on in your routine. The men's locker room was clean and professionally appointed. They have a kids area and plenty of parking. It is great to know that I have a place like this to come back to when I am in town.
