Stones weren't too hot to harm the skin, hot enough to release the tension. Had a female masseuse who was wonderful! The lady informed me that whatever crystal you naturally like is one you're 'drawn' to or need in your life. Ha, sold! But no, the people there are so knowledgeable about crystals and yoga. They are the real deal and even hold classes for yoga and crystal knowledge. Visited the salt cave, it's my least favorite. Maybe because I came right after waking up. It's really like meditation while laying in a reclined chair. I'll try it again after a long day.

I felt it was disorganized and we learned more from a book than actually learning to teach yoga. I ended up knowing a lot of useless information. The teacher barely prepared us for her test and it was obviously put together last minute. The teacher also made a big deal about my weight because I am a smaller girl. She mentioned my weight every class and I felt it was inappropriate to do in front of the entire class. In the end I learned everything not to do as a yoga teacher. I never went back to the studio after the teacher training because of how horrible my experience was.
