This is a great clinic. They are so caring and knowledgeable about losing weight. I have lost 30 pounds in the last 3 months. I don't have to worry about what to eat because they really explain what to eat and why. I was also a huge sugar addict and after the nutrition class and really understanding what sugar does to your body I have only had 3 sugary drinks in 3 months, when I used to drink 3 a day.
