After figuring out a good time, Brett came in and was both chill and respectful. The 2 guys worked diligently to locate the issue, using moisture sensing devices, a wireless camera and using their phones to communicate to each other from the different locations of our house. The patch work was not part of the contract but set us up with one to get the patch work complete. My only recommendation for future would be to remind customers it is not included so that the patch work can be scheduled ahead to happen shortly after work is complete. Although, the patchwork was only a few days after. We just covered up the outside holes until someone came. Erik was professional, knowledgeable, and very patient with all of our questions and concerns. He also provided us with a quote for additional work, including digging and installing a new cleanout and repiping the kitchen and bathrooms. We really appreciated that he didn't pressure us for payment that day and instead focused on taking care of the immediate problem and helping us plan for the next steps. Erik also included repiping our AC drainage into the main drain and replacing a cracked laundry pipe. We truly appreciate his willingness to help us out.
