Lisa saved the day! I'm in Los Angeles and my Mom is in East Haven. Me and my sister struggled to find a flower company who could deliver same-day amidst the COVID-19 crisis. I looked Lisa up and she put a beautiful arrangement together. It was delivered within a couple of hours to my Mom and made her day. I so appreciate this florist business for working with customers during this time. Thanks Lisa! read more

Very rude staff. The flowers are nice and a good price, however I would never go back here. You can't do business and be outright rude to your customers. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

Flowers By Lisa - Beautiful arrangement!!! Flowers by Lisa! - Florists Near Me - East Haven, Connecticut

Disappointed, ordered a dozen peach roses and received an assorted arrangement with 4 roses, not what I ordered. Also asked for a ribbon with sister and aunt and didn't get it. The arrangement was pretty, but not what I ordered. read more

Very disappointed. Overpriced and VERY RUDE OWNER !!! 1st time prom mom and what a bad experience:-((......I ordered a corsage for my son's prom date one week in advanced. Prom was on the 17th, but I specifically told the gentleman I would be in the during my lunch on the 16th right @1:00.. I received "ok, that's fine". My card was PROCESSED that same day as I placed the order, $43.00!!!!! When I went in on the 16th, my order was not done. They could not find my order slip, when they did, there was no date!!!! While I was there, another customer was waiting as well. Could not find his order. The owner was not apologetic to her customer. Not even a pleasant "if you kindly wait while I am taking care of this customer, I will be right with you" NOTHING!! NO help to her staff, all she could do was sit and ring up another order. Plus, angry at the fact that I was another corsage customer to walk through the door. I guess whoever took those orders screwed them up! I was upset and did let her know (and her customers) that she had no problem running my card a week in advance. In the end, canceled the order and got a refund in cash. Went to stop and shop that night. The young lady was leaving for the day. She stayed for me made a beautiful corsage with roses for $24.00 1/2 of what Lisa charges. read more

I called on a Monday morning about 9:30 and asked if it was possible to have an arrangement delivered early afternoon to my wife's school for our 30th anniversary. They said it would be no problem. I told them to use their judgement and make it nice. It was spectacular. There is no other word to describe it. They do beautiful work and I will be back. My wife was verrry happy. About four months ago, we received a plant arrangement from Lisa's Flowers as a sympathy gift. It is a centerpiece in our kitchen, it is in great health, and the four types of houseplants continue to grow and thrive. It is a beautiful and positive sight. I had some questions about the plants and I spoke to Lisa (I think) and she was very helpful. My daughters say that it is the best-is plant in the world. read more

After a crappy experience with another florist the subsequently forced me to hang up on their sales person.... I called Flowers by Lisa to come save my day. My boyfriend and I live in Los Angeles and want to send flowers to family in East Haven for Thanksgiving. Their sales rep was great, suggested what they had fresh in the cooler and next delivery date. Can't wait to see how the flowers turn out. Thanks! read more

Would not recommend this place to anyone.. I had called to order an arrangement made for my mother a few weeks ago. I was explaining to someone over the phone that I would like it to have certain flowers in the arrangement. The person on the phone told me to hold on so I can speak with the owner. As I was speaking to the owner and explaining back and fourth what I wanted, her tone was unimaginable and she was the rudest person I could of ever spoke to. She pretty much told me that what I wanted could not be done and that pretty much set the tone for the whole conversation. If I could give this place negative stars I would. This woman should not be running a business let alone speaking to customers the way she does. I am very happy I took my business elsewhere and was delivered exceptional service as I intended. I recommend Cynthia's flower shop for excellent customer service as well as answering all my questions! read more

Could not be happier with their service. I placed an order early in the morning they contacted my daughter at the University of New Haven to arrange delivery. And very early in the morning on the same day sent her a beautiful arrangement. As another florist I have to say hands down spectacular Arrangement. Highly recommend them! read more

My boyfriend walked into this shop in January and came home with a surprise bouquet that was the most beautiful arrangement I've ever seen. Lisa herself helped him make an arrangement on the spot with my favorite Lilac colored roses as the main flower. The flowers lasted mor than a week and I loved that the stems of all the flowers were very long which gave me the ability to arrange them in a variety of vases if I chose! I went myself the day before Mother's Day on a whim; when I walked in the staff was not very friendly but as soon as Lisa began helping me, she was friendly, professional and her prices are reasonable! I am so lucky to have such a great florist right down the road! read more

I went this morning in order to buy a bouquet of flowers; however, I have received literally no service whatsoever. I was waiting in front of the shop; the person in charge arrived at 11am , came in, and sat in front of a computer. At 11 AM I asked if I could come in. "No" was her answer. I did wait for 20 more minutes, and I went away at 1130ish... to buy a beautiful bouquet a couple and stop and shop BAD CUSTOMER SERVISE BAD ATTITUDE #BEWARE# read more
