Mathieu a few years back. I was a fool and forgot to remove the hoses from the spigots before the freeze. The pipe burst and sprayed water all over my basement. The good news is, it only occurred when we tried to use the spigot. I couldn't remember who I used but then I remember I wrote a review on yelp. I called them back up and he came out the next day. He fixed the one bib and then graciously adjusted one of the washers on the other because the seal had gotten loose. He told us nicely to make sure we remove the hoses. I'm pretty sure I won't forget next time!

Thermostat was only a year old, but how can you prove it worked, you have to trust the technician especially when there's no air conditioning and you just want it running. While out checking the unit he noticed a corner bent and started telling her a stupid scenario of a dog rubbing up on the unit and peed all over it and to get it cleaned out it would be somewhere over $1,000. Come on, what lengths of lies you sales people go to. I told her to stay away from you guys and would recommend someone else. I would not recommend Anderson at all. It's hard to find honest heating and cooling technicians. Anderson is not one of them.

Did the work but I give them a B- for quality. Could not paint because it started snowing. Within a few weeks a board came loose, and it took several calls to get them to come back and fix it. Spring came and they never returned to paint. After several calls and discussions about what "Paint as needed" written on the contract means. Today they came back to paint. They only painted the boards they replaced not the whole thing. It looks poorly. If you use them make sure you have everything they are to do spelled out in the contract. I will not be using their services again.

The last text message was at 8 pm with a phone number to call, obviously no one was coming. The man answering the call listened to my problem and said someone from TJ Miller would call me in the morning. That never happened. I called them instead and was told that I would be receiving service today. A text message was sent confirming this fact but no time frame was included. I called back and cancelled fearing the same situation would occur because they were working me into their schedule. There are plenty of of other firms that will be willing to do this inspection.
