The roofing work was completed, but everything after that completely broke down. They purchased materials for additional work, which I paid for, and told me twice they would provide an estimate. That estimate never came. Over five weeks: no returned calls, no responses to texts, a second site visit to reassess work already reviewed, and repeated promises with zero follow-through. I was left with paid materials, a stalled project, and no way to move forward. What's most concerning is not just the delay, but the complete lack of communication and accountability. When a contractor disappears after taking payment and initiating additional work, it raises serious concerns about reliability and how they handle customers once they have your business. Because of this experience, I will not be using them for any future projects. I had multiple additional buildings and a large barn planned, and they have lost all of that business. If you hire this company, be prepared for the possibility of being ignored and left waiting with no answers. This experience cost me time, delayed my project, and forced me to find another contractor. I would not hire JC Construction and Pole Barns again under any circumstances.

He found exactly the materials that we desired and he brought all of the necessary supplies, equipment, etc. to complete the project. He cut to shape the ceiling, painted the pieces, and install the molding to make our rooms perfect. 2nd project was to install hallway wainscot paneling and match existing paneling in other parts of our home. He had to work with very demanding corners, staircase angles, and door openings. He completed this task in one day and we are extremely pleased. For both projects he cleaned up after completion and we did not have to labor to clean any messes. He is an ACE in our book and recommend him without reservation.

While doing the demolition for our new bathroom they found our youngest daughter's wedding ring, which we thought had been lost elsewhere. Erika presented the ring to my wife and said, "This looks valuable." My daughter was overjoyed to have her ring back. In order to make sure the new bathroom wouldn't result in any cracking along the ceiling and walls, like we had in our other bathroom and master bedroom, Martin's crew climbed into the crawl space and leveled the southwest corner of our house, closing the cracks that already existed. They also patched up where the cracks had been and textured the walls and repainted everything to match the pre-existing walls and ceiling. Once the house was raised and leveled, the bathroom work continued. GMC Construction was very methodical and thorough. The results are amazing! We couldn't be more happy with our new bathroom.
