I very seldom get on this app to leave negative reviews. I really wanted to try this place as it looked like a good menu to me. First off, great selection of beer. (All about $2-3 more per pint than one would expect though). Like $10 - $11 for a pour. Nonetheless, great selection, and the bartender was very nice. I got a burger and ordered it medium. It was clearly previously frozen and cooked on a flat top. It came out a greasy mess. I ate more than half as I was starving and didn't feel like complaining and sending it back. My wife told me the guy next to her was a regular and complained to the bartender that his burger tasted off. She got a chicken sandwich and the chicken came out hard and was even difficult to cut through. Also, pre frozen. They clearly spent a good amount of money on the place, which is relatively new but they need to get their s__t together in the kitchen or will not be around much longer. Too many other decent places to choose from. Hope they figure it out. read more

This used to be our go-to spot when we just wanted a drink and something to eat. It's been great for a few years, but that changed recently. Food quality is marginal. They can make a burger, but that's about it. It's as if the kitchen staff has never worked in a restaurant before, or they just don't care. Probably a combination of both. We had good experience here before but today it was horrible. The waitress was just a mess. Got our orders wrong, and apparently forgot to put in our orders but always excuses and no sincere apology. We entered the restaurant when there were basically no guests only a few at the bar. We didn't get our food after three tables after us finished theirs. And one of the four orders was wrong! Our friend had to cancel the order cuz we could not possible to wait any longer. More than 2 hours to get a simple bar food dinner!! They do have a good beer selection. Well, I was expecting so much more. Starting with the good, lots of types beer on tap. The locals board I follow recommended this place, and maybe it was an off night. My husband asked for what was popular and I just got a classic hamburger. It was dry and hard. I asked for cooked medium, but I have honestly not had a hamburger that bland and hard in all my life! No onions or tomato. No sauces either. I used the ketchup brought for the fries. That helped a little, but not much. It was a Friday so maybe busier than other times, but it was SO loud in there. It was so nice to leave and not have to shout to talk to the person right next to you. The beer my husband was excited they had was $22 for 10 oz!!! We won't be back sadly. read more

We're at the Monaco Drive (Wellen Park) location and the meal was just awful. Burnt homemade chips, burger was good. Reuben was burnt ( toast burnt), very thin sandwich instead of thick and juicy the way it should be. There's no such thing as "oh the fryer did it". It's YOUR restaurant. Buy the proper equipment! I asked for more thousand island dressing, but that didn't help much. Over-priced and under performed. Wait staff are AMAZING!!! They deserve better. read more

We started with the Mac & Cheese bites appetizer, enough for two people. Very tasty & we took some home for later. I had the Kentucky Bourbon Classic burger. 1/3 pound of beef, bacon, cheese, and crispy onions. Served hot with choice of fries or chips. My wife had the bacon blue cheese burger w/ fries. Both were delicious. All gone! Excellent service from Tracy. Outdoor smoking & dining area. We'll be back. Called the Florida Tap House now. Not a franchise anymore, local owner. Was greeted immediately by staff upon walking in the business. They have a huge selection of beers. The atmosphere is really laid back and the restaurant is very clean. We only came for drinks and I tried all 3 sour beers the menu offers. They were all a hit and I highly recommend them if you like sours. They changed the name to Florida Taphouse and increased the menu items, drinks and booze that they serve. They have brisket Sunday brunch and Wednesday wing night. I go every Tuesday for their Cigar and Whiskey night. A bunch of us take over the patio and we have received a regular, awesome server named Stacy. Stacy knows most of the group by name - and there are between 7 and 20 of us that come here regularly - each week. She is the best! I highly recommend this establishment and especially Stacy as your server. read more

Very disappointed with the new management. They took away the 1/2 price happy hour and no more smoked wings on Wednesday which is why our big group went there every Wednesday It use to be packed with people now we were the only table being used. Tap beer was half price and the food was good. Things have changed ! $2.00 off on a craft beer that you now charge at $9.50 is not much of a deal. I like that this is a new local spot and it seemed crowded (usually a good sign) when I arrived. The staff was friendly as they navigated a huge rush of people. I was generally unimpressed by the food quality compared to other comparable local spots. All that to say, food, not beer, is my priority when going out to eat. If you are looking for a sports bar specifically for the beer selection and won't be ordering food/aren't looking for as high quality entrees, this could still be a great spot. read more

Awful Guinness pour, they don't even have proper glassware. One can not use 16 ounce glasses. And too many taps to keep many of the selections fresh. But small Guinness glasses are truly unforgivable. read more

Basic bar food but done well. Creative with some of the burger choices but generally one of the best burgers I've found in the area. Best item is the smoked chicken wings. They are truly awesome.
