This company had installed the unit in December 2025, meaning it was not even eight months old and was still within their stated one-year parts and labor warranty. The home also came with an American Home Shield (AHS) warranty, so we initially contacted AHS. Their technician came to the home, looked at the unit and the installer's sticker, and advised us that because the system was still covered under the original contractor's one-year warranty, the installing company should handle the service. We then contacted this company expecting them to honor the warranty on the system they had installed only months earlier. Instead, we were told that because an AHS technician had come out and looked at the unit, they would no longer honor their installation warranty. To be clear, AHS did not repair or alter the system. Their technician simply inspected it, saw the installer information, and directed us back to the original contractor because the unit was still under warranty. I find this extremely disappointing and unprofessional. A one-year parts and labor warranty should mean something, particularly on a system installed less than eight months ago. Using the fact that another technician merely looked at the unit as a reason to disregard the remaining warranty is unacceptable. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company. Anyone considering using them for a new HVAC installation should make sure they fully understand exactly what circumstances the company may use to deny or void its warranty before doing business with them. we certainly will contact your lawyer.

Evidently poor quality barrier was used as a ton of weeds grew back through every square foot of a rocked driveway, mulched front yard, paved patio and even a concrete driveway. We are pulling weeds on a daily basis everywhere they touched, every square inch, pictures are nicer than what it really looks like. I wish I had known about the sub par quality components used including bad mulch, or I would have paid for the professional industrial quality grade barrier myself, lesson learned, and expensive one at best. Nice guy with a friendly crew otherwise, but that's not what I paid for. In response to owner's response. Michael, I don't know how you could possibly be shocked, I have no reason lie about simple facts. I am shocked by your reply however. You never once told us anything about adding any material to the patio as you were hired to do the job from START TO FINISH as contracted, in fact, your guys did spread the polymeric sand over the patio but you were hardly there at all during the entire 3 weeks, end result is the mulch, concrete slabs, and rock driveway, all of which are infested with growth from using a very poor quality barrier that we were never informed of since we left you to do the "professional" work we hired you for. I am by no means an expert but my mistake was to trust you to do it right, the pictures are only a few days after you left and got the final payment. That should never happen if using the proper plastic barriers that can last up to 40 years, not the Home Depot cheap see through fabric that lasts 4 days (I did my research, although too late). As for the septic tank issue, I hired the company, not you, and that had nothing to do with your sub par work albeit very coincidental, but that is a completely different animal, which will all get corrected as well, as I am left with a huge mess that I paid a lot for, hence your well deserved and honest review.

The reason I am not giving a 5 star is when work was done gave him a credit card and was told cash or check. We didn't have $195.00 cash on hand (we could have had if only known earlier). This was on Saturday evening so we gave him a check and he agreed not to cash it until Monday, so we could put funds into account. Well they deposited that evening and overdrawn our account.
