They also replaced a bad bearing, and noticed, after they had matched my existing spring and put in the exact replacement, that the previous installer had used the wrong spring! So they calculated the exact spring I needed, and took out the new one they had just put in and put in a new one of the correct size. They also lubricated both the single door, and also my double garage door right next to it, so they are all operating quietly and efficiently now. They were on time, also, friendly, efficient, and really cared about doing the job right, which seems to be so rare today! Thanks guys, I will be using you for any future garage work!

Communication was top notch, providing an expected time frame and updates along the way. Christopher was a professional - able to clearly articulate both the problem and solution. We discussed pricing with his manager Felix, coming to a fair price that we all felt good about. Chris started right away, worked quickly, but without rushing through the work. He was polite, knowledgeable and earned my trust immediately. After the work was complete, he walked us through the changes and confirmed that the problem was resolved to our satisfaction. I want to give Lavish Garage Repair a 5 star review. I had an accident which required the…read morereplacement of two of the door panels on the bottom of one of my three garage doors. I got quotes from 3 garage door companies for the repair. The first two companies said my garage door (a Wayne Dalton) was discontinued so they could not get parts. So, they could only quote me for a new door, (@$3,000) which of course, would not match my two other doors. Lavi of Lavish garage door service (named after his grandmother) came to give me a quote. He told me he might be able to get the parts from Wayne Dalton as he had a special relationship with them. He contacted them and they fabricated the two door panels to perfectly match my door. The doors were shipped to their faculty in Orlando so he had to drive there to pick them up. He said that would not be an extra charge for the pickup. I was so pleased to get the repair done at considerably less cost with a repaired door that perfectly matched my current garage doors. If you have a Wayne Dalton garage door, Lavi should be in your contact list. Trust no one else. Lavi Lavish:https://lsgaragedoors.com/ Phone 904 815 3310 for same day appointment.
