First I wanna say how professional and friendly your company employees are Jessica did amazing job getting an appointment for us today as I was worried we might have a major problem with our garage door. John Soto came right on time as scheduled with a half hour notification that he was on his way. When he got here he was courteous and got right to the problem. He did a thorough exam of the issue we were having. He recommended the routine maintenance that was due which included tightening and oiling of the garage door springs. He also did a thorough examination of the all hardware and tightened some bolts that had loosened. He really put my mind at ease with the after repair demonstration. We just had a tech come out as our door was squealing incredibly loud. A couple weeks ago a tech came out and "fixed it", but never double checked to make sure it was fixed. Anyway, the tech today, Sopheak Ker, did an amazingly thorough job! He knew what was wrong immediately, belt was on too tight and sprocket was bent. He not only fixed the squeal, but also had us run door at least 6 times to make sure it was fixed. He was extremely professional, kind and dedicated to fixing the problem. Chris S came to help with an intermittent snapping noise when our garage door opened. At first we could not get the noise to occur but Chris persisted and finally manifested the noise and immediately recognized the source. He spent the time to disassemble the main spring rod, replaced the two end bearings, and cleared the noise issue. Thankfully this was a warranty repair with no out of pocket expense for us. The door was so out of balance and I didn't even realize that it had been putting a strain on the opener!
