They also replaced a bad bearing, and noticed, after they had matched my existing spring and put in the exact replacement, that the previous installer had used the wrong spring! So they calculated the exact spring I needed, and took out the new one they had just put in and put in a new one of the correct size. They also lubricated both the single door, and also my double garage door right next to it, so they are all operating quietly and efficiently now. They were on time, also, friendly, efficient, and really cared about doing the job right, which seems to be so rare today! Thanks guys, I will be using you for any future garage work!

For me the answers are: Yes! Yes!! Yes!!! He's a sweetie-pie and very pleasant to work with. Not to mention knowledgeable, quick, fast, and efficient with his installs. This is key - he even cleans up the worksite after he's done!! Every time I've called Jeremy, he's answered. My sensors got off kilter a couple months after install and he guided me through. I even called some months later to inquire about possibly purchasing a garage screen door. Jeremy took that call too and walked me through some considerations. He even gave me some referrals for other work I needed done around the house. The 5-stars is real! Jeremy honestly earns (and deserves!) every one of 'em. Professional, shows up on time, installs perfectly, and overall a good dude. I am beyond pleased!! Give him a call. Tell him 'Lamonda's review' sent you (lol).

Before the technician, Greg Girard, even arrived, I received a photograph for identification purposes, along with real-time tracking of his vehicle's location and estimated time of arrival -- an exemplary demonstration of transparency and client consideration. Mr. Girard exceeded expectations by arriving ahead of schedule, fully equipped with every necessary part and tool. His workmanship was meticulous, and he not only completed the installation efficiently but also took the initiative to program all devices and provide a clear tutorial for future adjustments. His demeanor was both courteous and knowledgeable, reflecting genuine expertise and pride in his craft. Dynamic Garage Door's pricing was refreshingly reasonable given the level of service and professionalism provided. In an era where reliability and communication are often lacking, this company exemplifies both. I would unreservedly recommend them to anyone seeking superior service and technical proficiency.
