This past Sunday, I had the pleasure of working with Evan, he was extremely helpful in helping match an exterior paint. It's always frustrating when previous owners don't leave paint codes or even left over paint to make matching easy but this was not the case. Evan offered several options and ended up having a beautiful match to the existing paint which saved me even more time as I was able to paint just one wall verses all the walls. We have been using the Miter/Samurai Saw blade to cut the wood planks which our friend let us borrow for over 3 months and now that the job is finished, I wanted to change the "10" inch circular blade as it has become quite dull, but can still cut slowly though. We just want to do the right thing and replace it. Saved up some $$$ too than purchasing one or renting them at the Home Depot. My partner and I tried to remove it and even followed the Youtube video on the specific saw as it is a Hitachi C10CFH2 as the Allen wrench we had on was the proper fit and size but still won't let it turn as we tried multiple times and we don't want to damage the head as it is so seized up. Next day, we took it to Proctor ACE Hardware at 5273 University Blvd West and went straight to the customer service and they immediately went at it and yep - they told me it was pretty seized up as it was overtightened all right. They had to drill out the screw to get it out and would be easily replaced as the store, lucky they have the part and after 30 minutes it was back to normal with a fresh blade DeWalt "10" circular blade that I purchased from the store and I did not even have to pay them for the labor, is there at least a tip jar? Awesome sauce! We are very grateful for the staff especially to Mr. Rodney, who did most of the nitty-gritty, Emrah for being so communicative and Mr. John for taking me to the right department. Next time I have any tool issues or need to buy gear (the prices are very good as may items were on sale, especially the gardening items, Spring is coming next month sooo... Placed a same day delivery order at 8:30 am from (what I thought was) the Recency Square Lowes…read more When order did not arrive by 6:30 that evening, I tried to call and after 30 minutes of hold I gave up and used the computer chat. I explained that the tracking said I was next for delivery at 12:30 that afternoon and the truck location showed about 20 minutes from my house. I was told they had to 8:00 to deliver and I would have to wait till then. They did not show. Day 2 - I again tried to call and was on hold (from work) for over 35 min and gave up and went on the computer chat (FYI, this is not instant, and sometimes up to an hour wait for your turn in queue, but is better than holding on the phone) And was told the item was still in transit, I explained again everything but was again told they have till 8:00 pm to deliver, if I did not receive it by then to call the customer service, lol, and customer service closes at 7:00 pm also. I waited a bit and went on the chat again, hoping to get someone who would actually look into it for me, and was told that the order was picked up at 2:35 pm that afternoon and was out for delivery. Yea, ok, It did not show. Day 3 - Now today 5 1/2 hours on the phone and twice on chat, the final answer was - it does still show in their computer as in transit since 2:35 the day before, but with no update they cannot do anything, so I can wait another 24 hours to see if it shows, cancel my order which was already paid for, and reorder and wait for the refund, or cancel the order, but if it is showing in transit, they may deny the cancelation, until they figure it out. I was also informed that if I had gone to the rights and responsibly area of the website and the shipping page prior to placing my order, I could have found the area that explains that they use third party delivery services and are not responsible for the damages and lost items, although they will 'usually' just side with the customer. So, I am still out my items, I cannot afford to just cancel, reorder and double pay until they refund my money. I am giving it till tomorrow and will just cancel the order altogether and reorder from Walmart at a higher price, but I 'should' get the items. I will not reorder from Lowes or give them a bit more of my business.

I used Ikea products and Kamila was a whiz at putting the cupboards and drawers together! She found me the best deal on my beautiful granite countertops and let me use her business discount on paint. We did not require a contractor but others may and Level Up are very well versed in what you need to know and do before you do for any major structural changes. Kamila was amazing in helping pick paint colors, complimenting tile colors and backsplash and she knew what would make colors pop and what trim would make clean finishes.
