He then personally came to install the lighting and electrical himself (instead of sending a third party crew). After a few weeks of enjoying our lights, our rambunctious puppies chewed threw the wiring. Mark promptly came back to the property. He worked with us to re-wire, and illuminate our backyard. I wanted to make a phone sale and he said he needs a form to be filled out and sent to him from the buyer's office. And I ask do you have a fax to which he replied may be or may be not. I sat and waited for him to finalize the sale and 15 minutes later he tells me he was not helping me to begin with. Other associated knew he was helping me and they keep helping others because they were also expecting him to come back to me, too. Now one of noticed how stupid that was and took care of me quickly and give me a free soda to keep me calm. I'm grateful for that. And that's is exactly why I didn't give them 1 star. Something needs to be done to rectify Will's stinky attitude. He doesn't belong there.
