Yandry came out with another tech, and he went up in our attic to review. After spending at least an hour reviewing, he advised me to go with another professional that he highly recommende due to their expertise specific to my system. Yandry was extremely professional and courteous ( I might add, they both wore shoe covers). Upon completion, I inquired as to what I owed them, whereas Yandry simply said, " Nothing." Barry from Blue Bear came out and conducted a very thorough evaluation. When I called and asked to speak to the owner, I was told that Travis, not Brian was the owner, which surprised me! Each time I called to report a problem, the problem was fixed within a few hours, but it should not have occurred in the 1st place.
