Their customer service staff, Denise, is AMAZING, and her follow-up is unmatched! They were not the cheapest, but they were not the most expensive either. Fair is how I would describe their pricing, especially for the level of service and professionalism I received. I was told they would start at 8:00 a.m., and they absolutely did. The crew arrived at 7:20 a.m., staged the area, and were in the trees working by 8:00 a.m. There were no unnecessary breaks, and when I looked around, there were no water bottles, cigarette butts, or any of the other things that sometimes come along with having a crew working on your property. They worked, stayed focused, and kept the area clean. It's 12:30pm, and they are 90% finished. I am definitely not jumping the gun here; I am simply beyond pleased with the work so far. I WILL be using Avalon again soon because the squirrels in my yard are diabolical. The TREES gotta goooooo 10/10.....Highly recommend!

Cathy came out immediately to give a quote which was more than competitive. She is so friendly and knowledgeable she knew right away why the tree had died and what we should watch for in the future. The team came out the next day and they are amazing to watch. They carefully took the tree down, hand carried out the trunk sections and branches and cleaned the area. When they were finished everything looked like before, minus the tree. I highly recommend Mytreemen because they are professional, very knowledgeable and fast but also because they're wonderful to deal with. Cumming, GA 30041

I heard horror stories of $16,000 removals and saw a swinging crane knock down my neighbor's chimney with a huge suspended log. My tree problem wasn't as big of a deal. I was lucky. That said, I called a few places and they either didn't want to be bothered by a 25 year old Leyland cypress over my sunroom, or wouldn't come out for a quote for a week, then said they'd schedule me for JANUARY (2 months later). I called Cathy in the afternoon and she booked Chris to give a quote in the morning. I hadn't had many quotes, but they were all above my comfort -- obviously there was plenty of work out there for months to come. Chris told me he could cut it safely and haul it for the lowest price. He also had a guy who would eliminate the stump and upturned roots for $100. But how long would I have to wait? "We can do it tomorrow afternoon between jobs." They brought a crew of 6 and saved my fence in the process (the tree was leaning over my fence, within two inches of the top). 4 of them hauled sections while two managed/climbed/cut. Chris came in to check and give instructions at the start and at the end of the project. He also reviewed the completion to make sure it was to my satisfaction. On the way out, at my prompting, he gave me some quotes on standing trees that I may want to take down in February when it's cheapest. Above and beyond: Since this was a neighbor's tree, Chris gave me good recommendations on what needed to happen with the remaining 15 Leylands that look at the end of their lifespan, crafted a letter for me to use as a template, and worked with me to make our 50/50 neighbor split easy. They kept in phone and text communication any time I had a question. He even wore a mask for our review without my request. Bonus: His stump grinder contact was reliable and reached out the next day without any prompting. Now it's like nothing happened! I hope to never have to call them again, but if I need some trees cut down, I'll call Cathy and Chris.

While 5…read moreother providers wanted to charge at least 2x as much, Hernandez was different in that they wanted to haul away versus chipping on site. Since we live on a busy street, I knew this would be a better option. The two-man crew arrived at the end of the day but stayed as long as necessary to complete the tree pickup and thoroughly cleaned the area despite the diminishing sunset illumination. Since it rained the next couple of days, another two-man crew arrived to grind the stump and were in/out in less than an hour. I will happily consider using them again for non-storm related tree services on my property going forward.
