Came here for Fayetteville State University's Class of 2026 commencement. The ceremony itself was…read moregreat, and just to clarify this review is for the venue, not the school or the graduation. Overall the venue was nice and seemed well maintained. Bathrooms were actually pretty clean throughout the event, so no complaints there. My biggest issue was the flow of people. The outside signage could've been a lot better because it wasn't always clear which entrance you were supposed to use. Inside, the concession area felt overcrowded and poorly laid out. You had the entrances, bathrooms, and like four different vendors all in the same area with long lines everywhere. It created a bottleneck and made it harder to move around than it needed to be. Not a bad venue overall, but they could definitely improve the layout and signage for larger events.

Been to many events at the crown and I can honestly say that it's been better!! The food and the…read moreambiance has changed this season and I can't say for the better, the concession stands aren't convenient, you have to stand in multiple lines to get just about everything, so by the time you get something for the whole family most of the food is cold. The prices have gone up and the quality has dropped way down which is crazy. They have closed blueline which only left one bar on the concourse, with only one bartender which makes for a long wait. The bar upstairs is inconvenient and it takes the gentleman working in it and long time to make a simple drink, The last hockey game i attended was sellout night and it was like a mad house, the bar was ridiculous, i guess i can only be hopeful that they will get the other bar back open soon and that the service gets better.

Checking off another ball park!…read more Nice small ball park! We came 09/09/2025 for a 7:10pm game. Perfect cool weather. The bat dog was super cool! Great concession options! Delicious crab cake sandwich! Fireworks after the game! Free parking across the street. Cheap tickets (and aisle seats!!) only $20

Very clean and well maintained facility. The people from the ticket window, to the gate, to the mascots, to the attendants that bring around bags for trash/recycling (brilliant - wish other ballparks would do this) were so incredibly helpful and friendly. The people make this a terrific experience. You feel so welcomed and are thanked numerous times for coming. There are beaches and regular stadium seats. There's also suites available there are 2 covered areas which are awesome. Wish they had industrial fans up on the poles (high enough up to not block views - so doable) to help with the heat. Lots of refreshments and options for snacks/foods. Very reasonable prices and food is good quality. Had hot dog and popcorn (it was fresh). They do have. Bat beer container for $25 (see pic). Ticket prices are absolutely reasonable for the game! Great way to have a family night out without breaking the bank or even an adult/date night. They do a great job entertaining the crowd and keeping them engaged.

There are several restaurants within walking distance (we dined at the Mexican restaurant next door last night) and many others within a short drive. My King room is large and comfortable. There are USB outlets in convenient locations. The bed was very comfortable. My room, as well as the hallway, lobby, and elevator was very clean. The only minor issue is that the dryer is out of order. A very nice place to stay!

Inside the lobby area is a small snack area for purchasing items and free coffee + tea area with sugar station and hot water. The check in process was extremely fast and friendly. The elevator is very much a ride at Universal Studios with a rocky screech landing. But safe overall is kinda funny tho but not. The hallways were clean and well kept. The room was very spacious and I liked that they had a shelf to put your key cards and luggage. They had spacious desks, lots of lighting throughout and a dual shade option to blackout the room for sleep. The coffee/tea bar has a Keurig maker, but leaked mini water bottles to make the coffee. The beds were comfy and the shower was good. The bathroom lighting is quite harsh but there is a motion censored nightlight. By the TV is a cool curved touch light with European outlets. There are plenty of outlets with both standard and USB outlets. The only tiny thing i would add is a charging pad on the counters in case ppl forget their chargers. TIP: Turn the knob all the way to the left to get to the hot water. Now let's talk breakfast - skip it if you like cool lackluster potatoes and eggs. The only saving grace is the coffee, instant oatmeal, oikos yogurt, and dry cereals. There are also a few places to eat up the road if bfast is important. TIP: If you go behind the breakfast area in the main lobby area, you can sit in a less crowded area near the business center. Check out was just as fast and easy. I've would definitely go here again!
