This is located behind the Myrtle Beach convention Center, and according to the ticket agent in the parking lot, it is also merged with it, meaning that some events can also be in this sports center. There is a $5.00 parking fee, all day. it is walkable and easy to get around. There was no admission fee for this event, which is good. Basically we walked around a gym, but it made room for tons of art and craft vendors-- and i even brought an ornament for my new tree! Plenty of room to walk around and for vendors. Also went to the restroom, which was clean, and easy to find in correlation to where the arts and crafts were. We also saw tons of bleachers, and volleyball nets in the other gym while we were looking for the bathrooms- so they have mostly sporting events here i would guess. Would definitely be back soon for another event!

Great venue and we had fabulous seats. The people who work here are great as well , we didn't think the signage was that great but you ask them where is this and they will get you to the right place. They have a huge parking lot with lots of tailgate space. We walked to the stadium after parking elsewhere for free we heard the traffic coming out was a standstill for awhile . We managed to get back to our car and out of town the back way and were back in charlotte before I'm sure they got back home in Columbia! Overall the venue was nice and seemed well maintained. Bathrooms were actually pretty clean throughout the event, so no complaints there. My biggest issue was the flow of people. The outside signage could've been a lot better because it wasn't always clear which entrance you were supposed to use. Inside, the concession area felt overcrowded and poorly laid out. You had the entrances, bathrooms, and like four different vendors all in the same area with long lines everywhere. It created a bottleneck and made it harder to move around than it needed to be. Not a bad venue overall, but they could definitely improve the layout and signage for larger events.

There a few different eateries than the generic stadium food; Salsaritas, Mr Seafood, Oriental kitchen, Caribbean cafe, donuts, ice cream. The inner arena doesn't have a bad viewing seat to the floor, just depends on preference. One thing neither the upper or lower seats have are cup holders like the baseball stadium. IMO the upper deck seats are slightly more comfortable than lower deck. The arena capacity is around 18,000, big for college venues.

They had spacious desks, lots of lighting throughout and a dual shade option to blackout the room for sleep. The coffee/tea bar has a Keurig maker, but leaked mini water bottles to make the coffee. The beds were comfy and the shower was good. The bathroom lighting is quite harsh but there is a motion censored nightlight. By the TV is a cool curved touch light with European outlets. There are plenty of outlets with both standard and USB outlets. The only tiny thing i would add is a charging pad on the counters in case ppl forget their chargers. TIP: Turn the knob all the way to the left to get to the hot water. Now let's talk breakfast - skip it if you like cool lackluster potatoes and eggs. The only saving grace is the coffee, instant oatmeal, oikos yogurt, and dry cereals. There are also a few places to eat up the road if bfast is important. TIP: If you go behind the breakfast area in the main lobby area, you can sit in a less crowded area near the business center. Check out was just as fast and easy. I've would definitely go here again!
