BEWARE this owner is very pushy. There is no good customer service. We had our wood floors put in and less than half of our showers got done. We paid him in full for the floors before it was done because he kept wanting more and more money upfront. knowing thst we still have a contract for the tile we agreed to pay him. The next day the bathrooms still less than half done Ross wanted us to pay 90% of contract but we told him we will pay when closer to being done. He then threw a fit and was upset so we decided to let him finish the bathrooms he started and take off the master bath that wasn't started. We were done with him. So he then called his guys off the job said do not go back to our house and finish or they will be fired. the floor guys never came back and cleaned the mess inside and all the trash the left outside 3 truck full. Now his contractor he used for the tiles did a great job on what they finished. The wood floors we are unsure because of the remodel they covered all in paper. Don't trust companies that want you to pay before doing the work. Never again he tries to bargain best prices but screws you in the end!

While we are very happy with the final results, getting to the so-called "finish line" proved to be…read morea bit of a challenge. That is the reason for this update. This remodeling project was begun around July 21, 2022. About three and one-half weeks later, the job was listed as complete and we were once again able to use this bathroom. However, during the following week, we had to have someone come out again to make repairs: hot/cold water in the shower was flipped; hole along the tile and baseboard discovered; silicone was coming off the niche area in the shower; caulking was incomplete around the perimeter of the shower floor. Once those repairs were made, we thought that finally we were done. Nope. The paint on the ceiling started to peel above the shower. A lot. Finally had the painter return to repair that and we thought, once again, we were done. Apparently not, since we were told the ceiling was "fixed," but something different was evidently told to Roberto. After another week, the entire ceiling showed pieces of paint peeling off. Called for another repair. This time, Roberto came out and told us that the ceiling hadn't been done right in the first place and our only option was to tear out the entire ceiling and start over at an additional cost of $450. That did not sound like a reasonable idea, so it was then suggested that the ceiling texture be redone instead and painting would be done with eggshell (semi-gloss) paint rather than latex paint. We accepted that solution and waited for it to be fixed, finally. Painter came out and did the work at the end of September, but in total we were once again out of that bathroom for 5 days waiting for texture, primer and paint to dry. However, this seems to have truly repaired the problem - thank goodness. Then I get emailed an invoice for $350 for the ceiling repair. Wow. Paid that invoice on September 27, 2022: almost 10 weeks after the job was begun. Unfortunately for Roberto and his crews, though, he was what you can call "penny wise and pound foolish." We had informed every contractor that gave us a bid for this bathroom that based on our experience, we would then move forward for the really big job -- a complete remodel of the master bathroom -- a much larger and more expensive project. Because of the 6-week drag after "completion" and delay due to the ceiling repairs (along with other fixes) and the $350 invoice we received, we did not even consider a bid from Kitchen & Bath Remodeling for our master bathroom. Chose another contractor instead.

We recently (May/June 2022) had our 2nd bathroom remodeled by Kitchen and Bath team. As always they…read moredo great work and are very dependable. My wife and I are very pleased with Roberto's technical team. We had a bath tub removed and replaced with a walk-in shower. We picked out the new material with the help of Doris (Robert s wife and store manager). All new materials were selected from their showroom. They replaced the countertop with great stone top and all plumbing faucets were replaced. Two years ago, we remodeled our master bathroom and we loved the job these guys did. If you have a remodel job, you should give Robert and Doris a call before hiring anyone else. Reasonable price and first class personal service from job requirements quote to final job completion.

Second one is the person upset travertine tile has holes in it was not made aware by his installer that travertine does that, there is no way to 100% prevent it and not Pro-source's responsibility if the installer bought it from here. I have been working with Jake in the Woodlands warehouse who has gone above and beyond to make sure measurements are correct, color choices are spot on, and met with my client multiple times to make sure she was happy with selections. He had solutions for every problem I had initially and has kept me updated long before something becomes a problem. We are doing a specialized design that takes two different types of tile to execute on a 1400 sqft renovating, I cannot recommend Jake more and hope he gets a Christmas bonus.

After my wife's first visit, everything went downhill!…read more We purchased just over 30 sq ft of tile for a small area around our new fireplace. The order took weeks longer than it should, and I had to call to find out where it was, rather than having a salesperson follow up with me. The material was finally delivered, and all but approximately 5 sheets were damaged. I returned all of the tile to ProSource two days after delivery, and I'm still waiting on my credit. It's now been three weeks! To top it off, they wanted to charge me $75 for delivery AND, to make matters worse, The Home Depot stocks the same tile for $5 less per sheet, which is a job savings of about $200! I would not recommend ProSource!
