BEWARE this owner is very pushy. There is no good customer service. We had our wood floors put in and less than half of our showers got done. We paid him in full for the floors before it was done because he kept wanting more and more money upfront. knowing thst we still have a contract for the tile we agreed to pay him. The next day the bathrooms still less than half done Ross wanted us to pay 90% of contract but we told him we will pay when closer to being done. He then threw a fit and was upset so we decided to let him finish the bathrooms he started and take off the master bath that wasn't started. We were done with him. So he then called his guys off the job said do not go back to our house and finish or they will be fired. the floor guys never came back and cleaned the mess inside and all the trash the left outside 3 truck full. Now his contractor he used for the tiles did a great job on what they finished. The wood floors we are unsure because of the remodel they covered all in paper. Don't trust companies that want you to pay before doing the work. Never again he tries to bargain best prices but screws you in the end! read more

From start to finish Joyce and Ross at Floorz Plus were a lot of help, honest, easy to work with and very transparent. I am proud to say I am carpet free now and love it. Do yourself a favor "Don't use Floorz Plus or American Carpet company". Bought carpet at magnolia location before it closed. Owners son couldn't do square footage without calling his dad. Told wife this isn't a place to do business with. Finally installed and monthes later there is a line where pile is longer. Called owner who made every excuse then called American Carpet Company and said it wasn't a defect...correction was watch you tube video on how to trim it. read more

Was really excited to have this company come out to give us an estimate after coming into the show room to pick out flooring. Set a specific time for the estimate and the gentleman showed up at the wrong time and said he would have to reschedule. Being that this is the first time dealing with this company, I was obliged to reschedule, but in talking with him a second time, he decided that he did not want to do business with us because HE got the time wrong, and tried to blame it on my husband. Due to my husband's schedule, he would have never scheduled an appointment at a time when he was AT WORK. This was a very unprofessional exchange and I am sort of glad this person didn't want to do business with us. I would not want to work with anyone who would blatantly lie to me. read more

BEWARE!! READ THIS before you decide to do business with them. We had our Engineered wood floor put in (glue down) around July 4th in our Game room, Living, Office, dining and a couple of hallways. The workmanship was horrible. There were HUNDREDS of hollow spots all over the floor. Some areas are much worse than other. I had a professional installer came out to assess the floor and received an estimate of 1/3 (~400 sq. ft.) of all the floor will need to be replaced. I sent the estimate to the owner (Ross Shaban) request to have the floor replaced, and he refused to fix it. Even worse, the owner first claimed that nothing wrong with the floor, and he gave us a run around hoping we would go away. I then sent certified letter with photos of the areas marked up. He and I then gone through multiple unproductive discussions to have him make it right; He brought his own installer over and asked me to count all the planks and let him know. Once I counted almost 374 planks and communicated to him, he once again refused to fix and said it was too much. After more conversations, he agreed and had an independent inspector came out to evaluate the floor. The inspector suggested that they use the "drill and fill" (using a 3/16 needle and drill a hole into the wood and then fill with glue) to solve the problems. I disagreed with the drill and fill method as this is a brand new floor. How do you feel if you have a brand new floor put in and now they're suggesting drilling hundreds of holes in your wood? He then proposed that he either fix the floor with the "Drill and Fill" or gave us a $1,000 in refund. I rejected both, as the original estimate from the professional installer was $2,400 for just labor only. Material is on top. I hope to share this story with everyone and let you decide before conducting business with this owner. Btw, he will ask you to pay 80-90% before any work is done, and then pressure you to pay the rest when done (but not complete). I highly recommended not paying this business up front. I'm currently disputing some charges with my credit card company while exploring legal remedies against this business. read more

Went to Floorz Plus to get flooring and the bathroom's done at my grandparents house. And they did such a great job! I thought this whole process of remodeling my grandparents home was going to be this giant long and hassling process but because of Floorz Plus, everything went so smoothly and I didn't have to do anything. After I went in and told them what we wanted to have done and picked out the tiles, back splash, etc. that we wanted, my job was done. They did everything else themselves. I thought I was going to have to be there when they do the installing and have to supervise like most people do when they have people working on their home but I was so pleased that I did not have to. I got a call about a week after we officially purchased service from them, saying that the home was finished and I was shocked to hear that it took so fast but when I went to my grand's house, it looked phenomenal and so professionally done. I never had to be there or make sure they were doing their job right. They made my life so easy and I will definitely use them for future work that my family might need done. read more
