Vinyl planks, carpet, vinyl baseboards-nothing was done right. I had them redo both. They damaged the walls badly, and money was deducted from them, to pay for drywall work and painting. Supposedly, owners best crew worked on my project, but they are absolutely incompetent. Floor is still very uneven in many places. Victor (owner) did not inspect the work, before calling me to report that it had been finished. They came out to inspect and told me there was nothing wrong - yet this new floor had dents and chips with only my husband and I living in the house walking on it in socks only, yet our downstairs floor from 1986 withstood pets and children and has no dents or chips. There is obviously something wrong with this floor, as can be seen by all of the reviews from people that are having the exact same problems. Initially, Randolph acted like they were trying to help and contacting the company that made the floor, but after three years of my having to follow up monthly I have been sent to their distributor who can't do anything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They do not stand behind their products and even worse they do not carry good quality ones.
