Needed some help with replacing a small patch of carpet in a closet and Bruno was great in helping me. Fast, easy, great service.

Great selections and prices. Picking out new floors is not an easy decision. Nonetheless, big shoutout to Bruno for offering his knowledge and assistance in helping us out. He made the purchase effortless and we left as a happy customer. We will definitely return again when we're ready to change out the rest of the floors! read more

I have been having serious issues with the flooring I purchased at the 2020 Taylor Road, Roseville CA location On March 9, 2022. I filed a claim in October 12, 2025 after noticing the flooring separating and popping up and I am not getting any results in resolving this issue. I have the top of the line product Series Athena. The flooring is popping up through out the house. There is no moisture issues I have lived here 35 years and I have had laminate flooring in the past with no issues of any kind. I believe the installer did not float the flooring area as needed. Very poor customer service. I do highly recommend to stay clear form Flooring Liquidators for your flooring purchases. read more

It was a great experience, starting with Tyler the consultant, very perfessional and knowledgeable. Ajdin the installer and his crew were awesome, arrived on time , very courteous and respectful while in our home. I will be recommending this company to all my family and friends. I drove from a rural town in California about 300+ miles away and had many questions and considerations about what I needed for a 100+ year old home. I was truly fortunate to have Bruno help me with a large purchase of laminate flooring! He graciously spent the time with me to go through all their options, he proved his knowledge and helped me figure out which would be the best for the job! He was knowledgeable, personable and willing to take the time to make sure I was happy with my purchase. My previous visit to lumber liquidators before for another job was nowhere near as enjoyable as my time with Bruno. If you appreciate the dying art of true customer service and looking for quality flooring...and to learn more about flooring options... I highly recommend Bruno over at this Sacramento Flooring Liquidators location! read more

I was excited to take our son in to look for flooring for his new home. Unfortunately we were not greeted & weren't ever offered any help. There were at least 3 people at the service counter and not one of them said a word until I asked a question. I got a half ass answer & decided this was not the place I wanted to spend my money. read more

We found ourselves in a time crunch when we decided to check this place out. It is located just across the way from my neighborhood and I had always wanted to see inside the store. My BF had ordered some new appliances for my kitchen during the holiday season while they were on sale and were going to arrive in a few weeks. That's when he decided that we should replace our old linoleum floor with some decorative tile while we had the chance. Unfortunately, Flooring liquidators just so happened to be out of a lot of their tile at the time we made our visit! I guess they were expecting new shipments soon, but we couldn't wait that long. While we were there though, we did get to browse the expansive warehouse size showroom. They have a huge variety of carpeting, wood flooring, back splash displays and counter tops to choose from. The prices were pretty reasonable and we found some stone counter tops that we have a strong interest in. I'm hoping that we can return and have our next kitchen project purchased from here! read more

Had a great experience today. Steven was very nice and helpful. He gave us good information about the products. We drove quite a distance because the store had been recommended to us. Steven was aware of this and made sure he helped us, after our long drive. We succeeded with choosing a great vinyl floor for our house. read more

I walked in today to find some ideas for our new home. I can't tell you how freaking amazed I was at how friendly and helpful the two men at the counter were. I get intimidated easily (being a woman by myself trying design my dream home) and with my experience so far with subs and what not I have not been treated kindly. They made me feel so much at ease. Haven't picked my flooring yet but I will be purchasing from them on this experience alone. Thank you so much. (Wish I got their names) read more

Remember back in 2018, when FL Mike saved my marriage?... So sometimes you need great carpet quickly. Not Home Depot "in-stock" carpet that takes 3-4 weeks, "probably" quickly - but "PLEASE GIVE ME AN INSTALL DATE RIGHT FREAKIN NOW" quickly. Bought new house. Wife liked it so-so. Allergic to pets. Previous owners had pets. Pets seemed to / smelled to have had an average of 10 accidents per-square yard over however many years the existing carpet was there. Gross. But hey, we got a deal on the house. "Don't worry honey... I'll replace the carpet right away!" You'll quickly find that the "right away" 72 hour-to-7 day carpet at box stores is low quality / high price and can still not really be guaranteed to be installed within those time periods. "No. It's not for a rental." Anything I tried to get from the box stores that was decent feeling/looking would need to be ordered and it was literally impossible to get a commitment to when it could be installed. Wasted about 2 weeks with box stores, paying for and waiting for measurements, etc. In the mean time.... "Is the carpet ordered yet?" and "When is the install date?" and "Can't you just measure and tell them what you need?!" asks the Wife, every evening. Oh boy. Long story short... FL Mike (of the Sacramento Massie Court location) saved the day. Told him my problem. He showed me everything on the floor that was in stock at their warehouse nearby, I picked one (great price!) and it was professionally installed a couple days later. Very happy wife. You want to see a pic? Oh, okay read more

Let me tell you these guys are awesome. There was a minor kink at the beginning but I am going to say that is because a vacation caused a small bump and the store manager Mike stepped in and took charge. I am extremely happy with my flooring and carpet. See the pictures of what I did. But the best part about the experience was the install crew. Josh and Wendy. I have to tell you, if you are buying flooring at any of the Sacramento locations you only want Josh and Wendy to do your install. Here's why. They showed up on time. Zero attitude. Did an incredible job with all the corners. The corners look great. They were a half a day longer but who cares. It wasn't there fault just a mix up in the amount of flooring delivered. Josh and Wendy thank you. You made my home a home. To the staff in the Sacramento store thank you. Anar, Gilbert and Mike you all were great to work with. Communication was great and you always were candid with me. Remember you want to ask for Josh and Wendy on your install. read more

These guys were great. Gil and William totally helped us out. Been very gracious letting me take loads every week so I could do my whole house 2800 square feet over the course of 6 weekends. Easy going. Great product at a phenomenal price. Went with Whispering Wheat vinyl and the planks were 9" w x 60" long with backing attached at just $2.99 per square ft. We recently completed a remodel on our home and found the absolutely perfect click together vinyl flooring at FL. Since it was a very large order (whole house) it took several months for them to gather all the boxes we needed. During the whole process everyone there was so helpful and accommodating, from selection on thru the return of several unused boxes. Would highly recommend checking them out if looking for new flooring. read more

I actually purchased flooring twice from the store. The guys were great till I went to return the extra I had purchased the second time, the first time I returned the extra there was no problem. Now they charged me 25%restocking fee, not sure where that came in since the stuff I purchased was not special ordered, it was in the back, they had about 80 boxes. I will not be purchasing from them again, fool once shame on you.... read more

They have HORRIBLE customer service and COVID has nothing to do with how they treat people. They are rude, condescending and they definently operate with an implicit bias. I had no choice but to purchase flooring from them but they really are horrible. I went to several other of their branches and had excellent customer service but the Elk Grove location really needs new staff!!! read more

This particular FL is huge and clean and nice. The woman who "helped" me was maybe not as helpful as she could have been. She wanted to argue with me about a FL I saw along the freeway on my way there. Tried to tell me it wasn't there. Then, when I asked for help finding tile for a shower and bath surround, plus tile for the shower floor, she seemed exasperated, pointed to all the tile and said, "It's over THERE." Well, yes, I know that. I was just there looking for 15 minutes. I have some questions. Could you come HELP. "Well ANY time is fine!" Finally I got her over there and turns out I was looking at tile that would NOT work on the floor of a shower. She managed to find two choices in a stack of boxes she had to open. Then I asked for solid surface shower walls. She pointed vaguely at a couple of models, said, "Yea we have cultured marble over there." Needless to say I left. We've remodeled two homes with FL, one in San Diego and the other in Stockton, and will just return to Stockton where the guys are actually helpful. read more

Went there and bought tile for my kitchen at a great price. The selection was nicer than that at HD. Gilbert was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had to special order it and it took a little longer to receive than quoted but I was able to get the job done on time. I needed one extra case and Gilbert saw they were low on stock so he set it aside and we were able to pick it up immediately. Gilbert is the only reason why I would return as I've had a very negative experience as well which I will also leave a review on. read more

What a great place! We made all the rounds and did all the pricing shopping we could as a young family looking for carpet. Flooring liquidators has tons of selections and great prices. Don't waste your time and head straight here and ask for Frank. :) read more

Had most of our carpet replaced with laminate recently. The price was very reasonable and I was able to set up a '12 months same as cash' arrangement. I would highly recommend Flooring Liquidators if you're looking to put in laminate flooring!!! read more

I've been a customer here for over 5 years. I keep coming back because they have a huge selection of products at unbeatable prices. I've purchased travertine tile, laminate and carpet throughout the years and I'm never disappointed with their products. I had my laminate and the carpet installed by their crews and they did a great job! In the showroom, Gilbert and Stephanie are always a pleasure to deal with! My latest experience with the "measuring" guy was sub-par, he never showed for our appointment. I spoke with Gary who was very apologetic and sent out the installer a few hours later to measure. Good recovery! read more

We went to Flooring Liquidators recently and made it clear that we are in the market for carpet and are serious about this purchase. The sales person was helpful and took our information down in order to schedule an in home measurement. We were told we would be contacted by the estimator the next day or two. A week went by and I hadn't heard from the estimator, so I contacted Flooring Liquidators and requested a measurement again. They took down my contact information for the second time and told me they would be contacting the estimator immediately and would return my call with a day and time for measuring within the hour. Needless to say, the call never came. I guess I should be appreciative that they did me this favor early on in the process. I would be weary to do business with a company that has zero follow through and, apparently, zero interest in making a sale. Perhaps, the prices may be competitive. However, I would rather pay for good customer service and follow through for such an important and large purchase. I do not need to be worried about whether the installer will show up or having to chase down business, especially when I'm paying thousands of dollars for their product and services. Very bad first impression! Just grateful that it was early on! read more

I highly recommend Flooring Liquidators!! Will was awesome to work with and the price and quality of the floor we picked was incredible. The job was done quickly and professionally. These folks at Flooring Liquidators (in Sacramento) are AMAZING!!!! Let me start with Gilbert...he not only answered ALL my questions but gave me excellent advice and saved me some $$$. I think I must have called him like 4 times a day with a new question! EVERY single time I called he was available (I say this bcuz sometimes you call people and suddenly they are "gone/unavailable") but Gilbert was always available and he answered all my questions in detail. He also was always very friendly, professional and honest. This dude deserves a raise! I also dealt with Robert. He helped me pick out my perfect carpet choice! He too was friendly, professional and honest. Then there are the carpet installers, Josh & Wendy. Wow! They did such an A M A Z I N G job! These two are super-skilled and super-perfectionists! EVERY little detail was addressed! They went way above and beyond in making sure my carpet was perfect! All edges were tucked on the staircase landing and all 14 stairs are magnificent! william mulder needs to be fired. if a manager is reading this, get this, within just a few minutes of his sales pitch he goes off on a rant about how a lien could be placed on the house and repossessed if the carpet is not paid for. not exactly the best way to make a sale buddy. dropping a couple thousand on a carpet is not a big deal. you didn't need to remind me of what happens when you don't pay. took my business to marsh's carpet for their superior customer service. fire will and have him pay off his bmw somewhere else read more

From the moment I walked in the store I was greeted warmly by the employees and asked if there was anything they could help me find. They answered all my questions and showed me toward the flooring I was interested in. They have a large selection of flooring samples, which was great but it was hard to pick just one. After picking out several samples I was able to take them home and see which ones would go best in my home. I went back to the store, put in my order and was amazed at how quickly my flooring was ready. The install guys were great too! They contacted me right away to set up the installation. Mike Magnani and his staff are all very knowledgeable about the flooring they sell and I would and have highly recommended this store to anyone needing flooring! read more

My husband and I are buying a new home and need carpet to be installed right away. We went into this location a few days ago and scheduled a time for someone to come out to the property and give us an estimate. Today someone was supposed to come out to the new house, our realtor took time to meet us at the property and nobody showed up. When I called them to follow up they said they had no information for us and didn't know what I was talking about...we hand wrote on their forms all of our information! This place is very unorganized and unprofessional. I would go somewhere else if I were you. read more

We are return customers! We bought a gorgeous laminate faux wood floor several years ago for a screaming deal- and I get compliments on it all the time. Now we are moving and replacing carpet at the new house. I was going to go through Home Depot (easy since I was already there to buy paint etc) and had terrible customer service and all kinds of hidden costs ($50 for a quote, $ to test for asbestos, $ to remove the existing flooring...)/ upsales/ and crappy attitudes. So I returned to flooring liquidators and received a free visit and quote, killer prices (they'll save you money any way they can based on what's in stock!), and fantastic customer service. And they're accommodating our aggressive timeline. 5 stars! I'll be back next time! read more

Purchased home and wanted to get all flooring done. Book appointment to have the estimate done and guy doesn't show up until a week later. Guy comes over finally. I request an estimate for 2 different flooring options and Rep never calls back until I personally go almost 2 weeks later and still had to wait 1 more day because he couldn't get them to me. I decide to order and Rep changes dates of delivery pushing it back an extra week. Material arrives & now the guy that had the estimate 'disappeared' & I can't have flooring done. Ended up just hiring someone else. Totally incompetent, irresponsible, and lack attention to detail. Only good thing was material arrived in good conditions, but even then the guy ordered 4 extra boxes I didn't need. One of the worst experiences ever. read more
