Likely not. My husband and I stopped at the store to price out some carpet. We already had a professional measure our room, so we had dimensions with us for an estimate. We picked out carpet and received an estimate which included everything except sales tax. The sales person still needed to come to the house and do his own measurements (which were approximately the same as we had) and he brought a sample of the carpet as well as some other samples since he knew I wasn't thrilled about the color. After consulting with my husband via text, we decided to go with a carpet that according to the salesman, was cheaper than the original we picked out. When we sat down at the table, he added everything up and I was very surprised to find the price was more than what he quoted in the store even though this was supposedly less expensive (and better) carpet. After promising a quick timeframe for install, we decided to go ahead because we had family coming from across the country and needed time to get things done and get the room back together. We really didn't have time to mess with getting more estimates. The price discrepancy took one star from the review. The salesman cost the store another star because he broke the unwritten rules of sales, which is to never bring up politics or religion during a sale. We're buying carpet, not canvassing for a politician or looking for a church. I don't need to know who someone is voting for or what their religious beliefs are during a sale. The audacity of someone coming to my house and questioning my voting choices is astounding. If we weren't in a hurry to get this job done, we would have canceled the sale and showed him the door. He seemed like a nice guy but extremely inappropriate.

They were four weeks late, I was four days late completing the second install payment because my mother had a stroke! I HIGHLY recommend Diego, but his managers need to learn some social graces.

The day of the installation, while the installers were unloading the new carpet and pad, we discovered that the installers had brought the wrong pad. We showed our agreement to Jorge, the man in charge of the installation. He acknowledged the error and went back to the store for the correct pad. All went well after that. The installation is grade A+. The installers very professional, carting away any debris, and were done very quickly. Overall we would rate the experience a 5 except for the problem with the pad.

The installation was not done correctly. They did not stretch the carpet enough which resulted in ripples forming in 6 out of 8 rooms (see attached photos). We had an extremely busy couple of years so we didn't call for repair until just recently. But I can't get them on the phone, nor have they returned my calls (4 calls total). I did not ask for it to be restretched under warranty because it's my fault that we waited so long; in other words I did. It give them a reason to avoid my calls. I ended up using Tucson Carpet Repair for that and they did a great job; so far. 2. They assured us that the carpet we chose was perfect for a family of 5 with two dogs. But within two years it was worn down excessively in the high traffic areas.

I question this, as the number he calls from (520-331-7777) is not the one listed in the ad as Oro Valley Carpet. He runs his business out of an old, beat up mini van, his equipment is all duct taped together, he snagged one of our rugs significantly and he knocked over a chair and left a mark on the wall. He also writes on the invoice that there is NO WARRANTAY that is not legible hand writing, I had to ask what it said. I would not use his service again.

Had him clean tile floor grout in kitchen, when he was done it was still dark. He said he couldn't make it any cleaner and that I had seen him scrub it. I took 409 and tried to clean a small area of grout and it came out MUCH lighter and cleaner. He had puddles of water throughout the job, unlike previous cleaners I had used. I will NEVER use him again. BEWARE his coupon it's only a come-on. Paid waaaay too much for what actually didn't do well at all.
