This place offered both, along with many selections of different types of flooring. Yes, it is a warehouse inside so some things seemed jumbled around. But, the salesperson (Paul) was extremely helpful in explaining to us some of the options available and differences in product lines. We haven't bought anything yet (and they work on commission) but he seemed happy to just help us out whether we made a purchase or not. Called Rocco and he tells me I have to wait for a call from the warehouse to schedule the installation. He then tells me it is not scheduled to arrive until 9/3/26!!! NO ONE communicated that this was a special order and would take more time. No call 9/3 and on 9/4 we are told the warehouse is closed and on Tuesday 9/9 we will get a call from Rocco around 10:30am . I explained we have furniture being delivered on 9/11 that has been on hold for almost 2 months because of their hold up. Rocco did not follow up nor return 2 phone messages left. We showed up in person and Rocco seemed to not remember he had not gotten us a delivery date yet. He called and left a message for Pamela explaining we have been waiting over a week for an instillation date. He also gave us Pamela's number.The following day we had to call Pamela who made more excuses as to why we still 't received a call for installation. Instillation is set for 9/17/26. Customer service is very poor. Payment is made in full before product is ordered. Buyer Beware with this company. They do not care about customers experience.
