Mike and team installed the following in our 160+ square foot basement: -French drain -waterproofing / Insulation on walls -new sump crock (with new battery backup sump pump) -Glass block windows -Radon pump -cementing / closing up the floor I was thrilled with the results of the hard effort given by the team. The DZ technicians saved me from things like cracking/falling interior walls, 5 serious cracks in the house's foundation needing a vapor barrior, laying a waterproof floor and upgrading the old sump pump. I spppent $5000 to protect my new concrete driveway with Dry Zone's product Sealant Pro. However,…read moreafter an ice storm and salt was applied to the driveway, the surface was ruined. Dry Zone adverses "once applied, Sealant Pro works to blockwater and chemicals from gettiing into concrete.This protects the slab from the damaging effects of freezing and expanding water has on the concrete surface, virtually eliminating pitting, flaking, and spallng." It did nothing to protect my driveway. It's a mess! I am not sure what type of coating was put on , but I paid for Sealant Pro. They were no help at all in solving the problem and would not take any responsibility and did not respond when I asked for a referral for concrete engineer to determine whether the failure was on their part or on the part of the concrete company that did the installation. First, they said it was caused by the salt, then they switched to saying the concrete was bad.
