We asked what could be done . Corey had great ideas and a unique vision. He asked us to come out to Johnson's nursery and he would show us trees, bushes, and perennials that could be used to give our home more curb appeal. After deciding what we wanted Corey sent us a picture of our house with the new landscaping in place. It looked great. Johnson's landscaped our house beautifully in less than a day. We were scheduled for a roof replacement, new gutters, and masonry repairs. All the work was completed within two weeks. Lane did everything they said they would and on the schedule they provided. To be sure, this was the least stressful construction/contractor relationship I've ever experienced. The final cost matched the estimate. Throughout the entire process, Lane communicated everything - when they were starting, who was showing up, and how long the work would take. They cleaned up every day. For perspective, our roof is a nightmare with some very steep pitches, multiple dormers, and a chimney running through the middle of the roof. The last time we replaced the roof, the contractor took over a month to complete the job. Lane completed the roof in less than a day. To be sure, Lane was the least stressful construction/contractor relationship I've ever experienced.
