With that said, I find the secretary who handles scheduling and billing insufferable. While discussing a simple misunderstanding she was accusatory, demeaning, and simply rude. Rather then accept that a mixup had occurred she went on to call me a liar over the telephone and mocked me not understanding the companies policies. After a few exchanges of ideas, we found a perfect design for our backyard. Fast forward to last week the John and the Rainmaker crew started sculpting our backyard. By the end of the first day our ground was level and graded to perfection. Within a short period of time the backyard really came together. We had irrigation put in, established an area for a fire pit, planted privacy shrubs, sod laid and stones surrounding our shed and pool equipment.
