I expressed my concern about debris from the job that was affecting my property. The owner listened, responded politely and took charge to make sure I was not personally stuck with cleaning up the debris from their work. I appreciated his response, saw the work that was done and would highly consider this company to work on my own property.

They removed a tree which had fallen onto my neighbors yard and Mark also removed some overhang that he wasn't required to do, he also removed a pole which was in my back yard left by the previous owners. Mark did all of the extra things because he determined it needed to be done. For a guy and team to do as much as they did my hats off to them. There were different crews all the time so there was no consistency. When the beds were to be weeded and mulched, the mulch was just thrown on top of weeds. It appeared nice but close up you could see the weeds. The last couple weeks it appeared the lawn wasn't cut in some areas. The deal breaker was last week when the front lawn was cut but the back wasn't. We contacted the owner to question why. He said he would look into it... he called back and said his worker talked to us, which he did not (Turns out he spoke to our neighbor, who is also looking for a new company). We said we didn't speak to your worker, he said he was inclined to believe his employee that had been with him a while, basically calling us a liar. Poor, poor, poor customer service. Don't waste your time.

They presented the estimate via email, which I liked. Then, they actually showed up when they said they would and worked until the project was completed! I have found many businesses really don't want to work, but this one is an exception. They answered all my questions. They gave me recommendations, which I appreciated. They even leveled an area not part of the estimate without charge. I plan to utilize this company again to lay the footing after my indoor arena is built. And finally, their pricing was very reasonable. You can't go wrong with this company.
