There were different crews all the time so there was no consistency. When the beds were to be weeded and mulched, the mulch was just thrown on top of weeds. It appeared nice but close up you could see the weeds. The last couple weeks it appeared the lawn wasn't cut in some areas. The deal breaker was last week when the front lawn was cut but the back wasn't. We contacted the owner to question why. He said he would look into it... he called back and said his worker talked to us, which he did not (Turns out he spoke to our neighbor, who is also looking for a new company). We said we didn't speak to your worker, he said he was inclined to believe his employee that had been with him a while, basically calling us a liar. Poor, poor, poor customer service. My Vanity was outdated and we kept a plastic container under the pipes to catch the water. It was embarrassing! Charlie removed the toilet the vanity and the floor.
