I contacted them through Yelp and they replied promptly, the owner was friendly and came out within a few days to look at the work I wanted done and gave me a competitive estimate. The price was right by me and they came out on the date I needed them which was within a week of the estimate. They came out and completed the work at a reasonable time frame and we're very friendly answering questions and taking additional requests. I've used Bergholz's twice within the last 9 months after first getting 3 other qoutes from other companies first. Bergholz's always came in as the cheapest, and the best. They can do anything anything tree related, they bring in the right equipment, the right people and get jobs that I would have thought would take hours done in a quarter of the time. And what they quote at first is what they invoice you for.
