First, when we decided to have a playset installed for our kids and have our front yard redone after terrible winter storm damage (removing ruined shrubs, dying trees, replacing with new shrubs and flowers, fixing and re-edging all garden beds, and mulching), we called 5+ landscape design companies. Carlos was one of only 3 to call us back to schedule an estimate. He was one of 2 to show up when he said he would. He listened closely to our needs, asked questions to be sure he understood our goals, and educated us about materials and options available that greatly improved the overall plan. He was the only landscaper to provide the estimate on the timeline he had promised, gave the most detailed estimate, and it was significantly more affordable than the others received. Once work began Carlos and team showed up on time every day, clearly communicated what they would be working on, and worked incredibly hard each day no matter the weather. On a day with thunderstorms they were working both before and after the rain, unlike many companies which would have "called it a day." They cleaned up every day, going so far as to wash dirt off my driveway! The day before the playset assembly they worked until sunset to ensure I wouldn't have to reschedule assembly. When the assembly team came (a separate non-local company chosen by the manufacturer) they told me my landscaper had used very high quality materials and were very impressed with the quality of work, saying it was very rare for them to see site preparation done so professionally. When I told them what I had paid, they were amazed and said the wished All Good was local to them so they could recommend them, that I would have been crazy not to go with them. Now that All Good just returned to finish the playground mulch our yard looks like an advertisement for the playset company! I will absolutely be calling them for all future landscaping needs, including fall and spring clean up and lawn mowing. This is the single best experience I have had as a homeowner with a contractor. After hearing about him through some neighbors, we gave Dom a call and scheduled some time for him to come discuss our ideas, likes, dislikes, etc. Not only was he the nicest guy imaginable, he was very thorough in finding out what we liked, going through photos of previous jobs and a catalog of plants that he thought would suit our taste. We talked for quite a while and he left, promising to return with sketches, pictures and a quote. He came back with exactly that. A diagram of both areas we wanted redone complete with not only what he picked out, but with some fantastic suggestions as well. We talked through everything, made some minor changes and at the end, VERY slightly adjusted the price (we ended up going with a few things that cost more than the original estimate). We talked it over and called him to let him know we were ready to go and he was there the next day with his crew completely transforming our house. In 3 days they've managed to completely change the way we look at our house through their work. What I loved the most was that Dom was there 80% of the time and made sure we loved everything he did. He planted a color plant we thought we wanted, we decided we hated it and he replaced 3 of them, free of charge. Truly just an honest hardworking guy with fair prices. I'd recommend him to anyone.

The times I watched the crew I was impressed with their attention to detail and respect for me and the property. Dom was especially careful to make sure there would be no negative impacts to the irrigation system, and coordinated with the contractor replacing an old wooden porch. The site was left neat every evening. He always responded quickly to any of my communications. I was pleasantly surprised that where my lawn had been flattened out by their equipment, I was offered the choice of sod or seeding to replace that lawn section at no additional cost.
