I waited a full year before writing this review, just to make sure everything held up--and I can confidently say, even through heavy rains here in Medford, NJ, my basement has remained dry. His work speaks for itself: solid, clean, and reliable. Second project: I still had high humidity in the basement, so Elliot suggested and installed a whole-house dehumidifier (AprilAire E100). Although it'll take a while to be able to afford the cost of fixing the house's foundation, I was able to have them fix the front porch since it is connected to the roof. All in all, I am quite impressed with Groundworks, and will look forward to figuring out a way to be able to afford to get the house's foundation fixed.
