Had them come out for a tile estimate. Big guy named Vito came out. I went over all the details of the job, he was just a fast talker saying yea yea yea thats great. Comes back with a quote that seems good, job is booked for 4-6 weeks out. Day the job was supposed to start, Vito calls and says they arent going to do it, don't have a guy that can do it for that price that we agreed on. Nothing had changed about the job. I would have to say that my family and I were extremely impressed with how David and his team operated. We were not charged for an estimate and they worked around our schedule and emailed us the estimate with options to fit our budget. We had a large project with renovating our entire bathroom. We chose to purchase a majority of the materials ourselves to save some cost and that decision was backed by David's team. We kept adding to the project to get eveything we wanted, within our budget, to knock it all out in one shot. The team handled it professionally and without complication. Different obstacles had to be overcome with our older house throwing some surprises into the mix, but the team surpassed them all! The pricing was amazing and the work speaks for itself. The estimate truly broke down what was being charged and what work was going to be completed. This team does not try to break the bank. They actually assisted us in different cost saving options to give us everything we wanted for the best price possible, but also considering their margins as well. I liked this honest approach. Excellent work and customer service beyond! We had David and team sand and refinish our hardwood floors, change a carpet and redo our master and upstairs bathrooms. We did all the work while we still lived in California and Dave was so insanely communicative and responsive with texting and calls that it made a complicated endeavor not so bad. He even sent me a video of the carpet samples so I could see the way they looked next to the current carpet I was trying to match. His tile work is stellar and he is friendly as can be. I have recommended him to several people since I finally moved back to NJ but realized I should give him props on yelp. The tile work is absolutely gorgeous and extremely precise. We were involved with the entire process, being consulted about various options available.
